I have purchased an fmf mega bomb header for my 2017 Honda crf450rx, I had talked to one of the gear heads, who had told me this header was a direct oem replacement and that It would work with factory mufflers, I have asked this twice but he had confirmed the figment. Fast forward, it took a week toto get it shipped out, I received it today, got home and tried to put it on, and it did not fit. I called fmf directly, and told them the situation and they said that thier fmf mega bomb header would NOT work with the factory muffler system and is NOT a direct oem replacement.now I find out that the mufflers to go with the fmf mega are now DISCONTINUED. So I called and spoke to a gentleman named rick who was rude, unhelpful and basically told me I was out of luck, and I asked to speak to his manager and rick hung up on me. I do not find this professional at all, I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with your customer service, the attitude of your employees and laziness to get products shipped out promptly. I asked him twice if it would work with the factory muffler and after talking to fmf the was a lie or he just didn’t know and just said yea. Either way this is not right
I purchased a Tourmaster Ridgecrest gear (jacket + pants) from Motorsport last September, quite an investment but it served me well while on a tour of Patagonia in the winter. However the belt strap lost one of the 2 pressure buttons: it broke, split in half. Confident that this was under warranty (I have the registration cards here), I contacted Tourmaster/Helmet House who wouldn't do anything and redirect me to Motorsport, who would also not do anything and -this is the best part- recommend me to go to a Cleaner to get it fixed... So much for the warranty which is -you need to know that- a total bogus!
Shipped Broken items (broken piece wasn't even in the box) no response on returning for exchange.
Ordered something and came in way undersize but labeled the correct size. Misrepresented product but yet won't give a refund. Buyer beware!
Poor service wrong sizes on all items, but they won't let me return or exchange. Never even got a confirmation email
Bait and switch. We saw the order was wrong on the confirmation email - but they wouldn't let us change it because they had "scanned it to ship it." They wanted to send out the tires and have ME pay to return them once they arrived. They've done this or worse to our Veterans Outreach program thrice. Never again. Any buck saved with Motosport is worth paying as insurance somewhere else. Seriously.
Motosport.com has been a fantastic resource for hard to find parts. Restoring older European off-road bikes can be challenging and often expensive. I have been able to acquire reasonably priced OEM parts for my older KTM and Husqvarna bikes by part number using their search function. Motosport offers free shipping on orders over $50, which helps keep costs down. Grateful to be able to use Motosport.
I’ve ordered a ton of stuff from this company over the last few months and have for several years purchased from their website through one of my pro rider friends and recently started ordering my own products from the site to not abuse my friends good will. Most of my orders went off without issue, but on several occasions the products were listed in stock and that I would have them by a given day. But then took forever to ship items or delayed some because they weren’t in stock held full orders because something wasn’t in stock and said nothing till I did. The final straw was from 2 seperate orders I had ordered some fuel line and was in stock after ordering near the end of august and September, here it is December no product they claim it’s expected back in stock end of December or January. Offered no apologies nothing for the delay or complete lack of communication. Screw this place go to Rocky Mountain atv instead they actually ship your product on time when they say they will. Avoid this dumpster fire at all costs. My friend will no longer be purchasing from them either which will be a big loss since he rides professionally nearly every weekend and has products arriving everyday and also does product reviews for the manufacturers. Oh well hope they close down. Their customer service is complete trash as well don’t expect any actual help pretty sure it’s all handled by chat bots and it’s just another drop shipping company with no physical warehouse of their own.
Ordered a 2 parts on Oct 11, 2023. A fuel pump assembly and its o-ring. Was told it was on back order. 3 weeks later I call and am told it arrived today at warehouse. Did a chat session 4 weeks after order and they said it is not at warehouse and it was on back order from Honda. They could not give me an ETA. I cancelled my order. They said they would send me a email notifying me that my order was cancelled. We shall see.
Ordered gloves almost a month before winter weather and they still haven't arrived yet because motosport.com only gives a rats @ss about themselves and not their customer, my gloves where supposed to be here a week ago and even though fedex has them they have been shipped all over the US and past my area twice now and it keeps being rerouted and delayed because they can't afford to pay for good shipping when they sell you a product that says its in stock when it sure as hell isn't then they tell you your gonna have to truck off for a month
They told me my order would ship out October 29th and get here November 3rd. When I contacted them to see why my order was still processing. they informed me that most of my order wouldn’t even be here till the November 3rd date and that some of the order wouldn’t be here till December 5th??? Then their response was that’s just an estimate. What sort of estimate is a month off? Won’t be using their service again. And suggest others don’t as well
They lie about shipping time. Delivery takes twice as long as they say.
I was a little hesitant to order from Motorsport.com after reading some of the reviews. I was very surprised to see that my item shipped in one day as advertised and was delivered to my doorstep in only 3 days from ordering. MotoSport.com is legitimate
Placed order only because they said ships next day with ETA of 2 day shipping. Order now says 9 days out. They lie, don't fall for it. Then when you go to return the product that you paid $8 for, they make you pay an additional $7 return label fee. Stay away or deal with the consequences
Did not send my product and will not return my money saying it’s not their fault. They have an army of fake customer service people who pretend to care. They might respond to this to pretend to care
I will not order items from MotoSport company again, as the company only keeps positive reviews, and took down twice my review of their team's negligence with my small order.
Instead I will post on Google Forums and other locations, as MotoSport deleted the review. This is dishonest. Even Amazon allows customers to leave honest reviews when their shipments do not arrive.
Motosport did not mail the item, nor respond.
"Your company at MotoSport never delivered this pair of gloves to me. I ordered it on May 4,2023. Followed up several times. No one from your customer service responded, even after my May 22,2023 email. I will likely not order from you again. What horrible customer service. As of May 26,2023, the item is "lost in transit" but only did I contact and post the review did they bother to review the order."
Three-weeks and no delivery. If this is happening to me, I'm sure other customers with more expensive items and orders can only imagine the negligence.
If you shop anywhere else, you are missing out.
Motosport ships fast and their customer service is impeccable. Their FastCash system is awesome. I have already ordered a skid plate for my mx bike completely free due to FastCash. I will never shop anywhere else. They have earned a customer for life. Even one day at my local mx track a motosport rep guy was there and gave me a free t shirt just randomly. These guys are cool and deserve great reviews because they do great business!

Misleading website sizing yielded the wrong size tubes. Charged me $13 + to return. Never again
Edit after calling customer service:
It took a bit of arguing, but they eventually caved. Said it was my fault. Said tubes would have fit, even though my size was not listed on the tube. Got a full refund, but I didn't want to be the jerk they made me be.

I ordered a fuse stay for my 2008 Yamaha R1 and a couple bolts. Its been 10 days and it still hasn't shipped. Who cares if you save a couple bucks if it takes 3-4 weeks to get simple items they say are in stock? I will NEVER order from them again.

Ordered a tire december of last year, hadnt received it in march so reached out to them. They told me it was lost in transit and would be shipped out again. Gave it another 2 months and contacted them again. Was told it was lost yet again and now they were out of stock. I asked for and was promised a refund that I never got. They wont respond to my emails now. I wasted 5 months and over $100 for a product they never got to me and wont refund.
