Ordered some engine degreaser from meguiars-online (same company) on Sunday paid £2.99 extra for 1to2 days delivery, after sending them an email on weds finally turned up Thursday afternoon, asked them what I paid for 1st class postage for, no response & no offer to refund the extra paid.
If this is their customer service they deserve to go bust, lots of competition out there.

I am never a big fan of these sites as it tends to be the people who complian the most and are never happy with any store they purchase from... You guys need to get out more....!!!!
Rang up the company re: an order made on the site meguiars-online.co.uk (which is the same company) and the staff were very unhelpfull, rude and just didn't care at all. Even the product G220v2 advertised was not the right product or price.
Avoid this company at all costs.
placed on order by phone, paid by debit card. 7 days later no item, so i rang them and they had no record of any order.
so placed the order again, received it in 3 days. but wrong part.
reurned it by recorded delivery. promised full refund including return postage in 3 days. 7 days later still no refund. had to file a claim via paypal.
worst company ever.
