Beyond impressed!
I was referred to this company by my Realtor to have an outdoor outlet changed to a GFI. The phone was answered promptly, and an appointment set up for the following week. Prices were offered and everything was upfront. Two days before my appointment, the company called to tell me there was a crew available and asked if I'd like them to come on over. They arrived within 30 minutes, two young guys who were professional but personable, too. The outlet was changed out quickly, the cover installed, and one of the men let me know which breaker served that outlet. The great experience got better when the company called the next morning to say they wanted to install a different outdoor cover. The head electrician reviews job photos and reports and wanted a cover that would hold up better in this particular outdoor location and be more accessible. No charge. Two different men came the same day. I was already impressed with the service and satisfied with the cost. To know jobs are reviewed is a huge trust factor. That something as small as a cover was changed from a side-opening to a bottom opening one for performance and convenience? Wow! I won't be a homeowner anymore but if I need electric work as a renter, I'm calling Motley. (June 30 & July 1, 2026)
