MotionVFX is a superior product. I use plug-ins from about five different companies, and MotionVFX surpasses them all--from the ease of purchase, to the easy install and updates via mInstaller, to the helpful tutorials, the ease of use, and the quality of the product. But above all, their customer service is top notch. Recently, I ran into trouble with a product update (following the Final Cut Pro and OS update). Jakub and Marcel stayed with me until I could make it work--they were patient and thorough and really seemed to care. Thank you to the whole MotionVFX team, from the engineers to George's tutorials (love George!) to the customer service team. Your work helps my work look professional.

Exceptional tech support. MotionVFX makes great products. I am sure supporting them when Apple makes significant OS and app changes must be a challenge. I ran into this problem with one of their apps. The tech was patient, thorough and prompt in responding. He provided excellent explanations that went beyond just getting the app working again.

In the years of my experience with MotionVFX I cannot think of a single time my needs have not been met. The service and support is second to none. My latest needs with mTracker 3D were superbly addressed by Marcel & Jakub ... As a dedicated FCPX user I can testify MotionVFX has it all. Now if only I had to time to learn it. :~))

I've been using MotionVFX Plugings for years now and their customer support is highly recomended.

I started learning how to edit video in DaVinci Resolve and I found MotionVFX in a YouTube recommendation. I decided to buy my first product (MKBHD) and it was just amazing how that simplified all the process.
Now I have 21 of their products and still think they are great tools for any new or experienced editor.
I found some of the Titles weren't working properly, I contacted Support team and they help me to fix all the issues immediately.
I will keep not only getting more of their products, but also promoting their full catalog with friends, followers and subscribers.

Fantastic customer service, a plug-in stopped working and they had it fixed and working for me asap. I have used many of motionvfx templates and plug-ins on various projects and would highly recommend them. They load in to motion and fcp easily and are really easy to edit and customise.

I had been struggling with some weird issues with mInstaller and Zbigniew was able to walk me through with a fix. It was too complicated for me to do on my own so the assistance was a huge help!

Went above and beyond to help solve my technical problem.

I'm a self-taught FCP creator and for whatever reason have just not got on well with the assets I've selected. Customer support have been very understanding and supportive and the quality and design of the assets are great, however, I would much prefer that everything was available as a free trial before committing to purchase as simply previewing the YouTube videos versus trying to use them in practice has proven to be a very different experience. At this stage I think I shall just have to cut my losses.

MotionVFX is the ONLY place I go now for high quality Davinci Resolve plugins. Their quality is head and shoulders above any other currently available Davinci Resolve resources.

I recently bought their mCollage plugin for DVR and it was completely unusable for me. My system was performing horribly, a 30s Fusion clip was taking 15min to render and playback was 1.5FPS.....with just a few tips from MotionVFX and my playback for ALL of my fusion effects (not just MotionVFX plugins) was in realtime, mCollage was looking GREAT and all thanks to MotionVFX's suggestions.

Their customer support is incredible, I placed my order late Friday after hours, asked a question Saturday morning on the weekend and still got a response by Sunday night, no other company is this responsive these days.

Motion VFX has been essential for my freelance video business. I have been a customer for over 5 years. There are tons of great motion templates and plugins that speed up my creative process and allow me to edit 10x faster. They have great customer service and are always available to help with anything technical. They also are great about keeping all products updated. I would definitely recommend them to any video editor looking to improve their craft.

I rarely leave reviews but have been extremely happy with this company. I have been using them for years and they always go the extra mile. I often have unusual and detailed product questions and they always get back to me with how to do what I am trying to do, or explain why it is not technically possible and suggest potential workarounds.

Amazing plugins company. I couldn't have asked for a better service than what I have received. I recently encountered an error with one of their plugins and the customer service they rendered was top-notch. Emailing me with several solutions which eventually got my plug-in to work with the help of these amazing agents. They have some fantastic plugins for any creators out there looking to spice their works. MotionVFX is an amazing company with dedicated professionals. You will not regret it.

Jakub is a genius. He is my hero. OMG. I love MotionVFX more than any other services just because of Jakub.

the easy of use and the install process is a breeze. the informative tutorials mainly from Matt McCool is an added bonus. i once reached out to the support team and the response time was super fast. overall MotionVFX has me hooked... i look out daily for new packs for Davinci Resolve. Keep up the amazing work.
