After money paid, we waited over 6months

Bad service, amateur quality (camera shaking, zooming in at inappropriate times). Very friendly camera guys. Biggest mistake was to pay money upfront. After that there is a long silence and no final delivery (after 6months...promised was 4-6 weeks max.).
When they want money, they are very friendly and respond quickly. When it comes to doing the work, you will hear lies and they make up stories. Disappointed especially because they were so nice and I thought we found a great partner.
I will go with independent freelancers in the future. They are passionate about their work and keep their deadlines.
