Sam has been brilliant from start to finish. Steve has helped me and my partner in the past with getting the right mortgage that suited us. We were working to a tight deadline as we new mortgage rates were changing. Vicky really did leave a mark as she not only answered all my questions and explained everything so clearly, her warm personality and calming approach really makes this process a much more pleasant experience.

Vicky really does put her clients first, so much so that after going through all the time and trouble in finding the best product for me and speaking with several banks explaining my circumstance and type of mortgage I was after, she advised me to go directly to the bank so I could get the best deal! Amazing!

Although I didn't go through with a purchase I was so touched I felt compelled to leave a review and I will definitely be in touch when I am ready to buy my first property!
