Jordan Collins was my recruiter at Morson Edge . My journey from running my own businesses all my life , until into my 50’s, to becoming an independent contractor for Morson was made with great ease due to Jordan’s efforts. He was completely professional, always available & when not, returned my calls almost immediately. He was incredibly helpful but most of all , he made my journey into this new world go with ease . My positive experience is primarily down to Jordan Collins, Senior Recruitment Consultant. He is impressive, personable, professional, high communicator who instils confidence from the “off”, consistent in his approach which makes you feel that you are important to him and the company.

Where do I start.? Applied for employment with Morsons for a start at a local business. I thankfully (as it now turns out) got handed to Jordan who introduced himself and the company and explained he would act as a handler of my application..The process to gain employment became quite protracted, incidently none of this had been due to Jordan just the way this company operates. Every step of the way Jordan guided me on this journey without any issues whatsoever. Until the conclusion in successfully achieving employment. Always at the end of a call or email responding super efficiently. Thank you for your assistance on my journey. Huge recommendation in using Jordans skill set for employment. Applied to numerous roles through their agency but not heard back from a single one. Had more luck landing interviews applying through companies directly than these lot. Absolutely useless as far as I'm concerned.

Got made redundant and heard about some temporary roles with Morsons. Called up and spoke to Jordan who instantly recognised my potential and set up interviews. Never let down with payroll like a lot of agencies in the past. I wouldn't hesitate to use Morsons again.

I've only dealth with agencys a little in my past but none of them compared to the care I recieved like I have from Morson, from the small things such as little text messages wishing me all the best on my first day to doing the same after my first week, I'm 5 weeks in now and still they're on the end of the phone when I ring them saying its nice to hear from me and asking how I'm getting on with a genuine care, it feels like they're not just trying to fill holes in companys with people but they want you excell and they support you with that.

I have been with Morson at HMNB Devonport Plymouth for 14 months now and the team headed by Paul White have been available, understanding, friendly and efficient in dealing with my questions in a timely manner and resolving issues (not of Morson making) with real commitment and efficiency.
