Hopeless delivery
If only they didnt use such a hopeless carrier! Phoned twice to chase up delivery and neither time did I receive the promised follow up, then Emailed and eventually they did get hold of the carrier. When the vinyl finally arrived I was at home but no one knocked on the front door and the vinyl was left outside in the rain. I emailed to let them know of the poor delivery service but never had a reply.
Their tracking is via the Shop App must be the most un-user friendly thing on earth! Bottom line - if you need something prompty I wouldn't risk it.

We are sorry to hear that your experience with us did not meet your expectations. Our Customer Services team always aim to follow up when they say they will do. Our deliveries are usually carried out by our own internal Delivery Team, which means that the live tracking in the Shop App is not functional as we do not have GPS tracking available at the moment.
Any delivery driver delivering our goods should either take a written note, or a signature from someone over the age of 18 in the delivery address. We are sorry that this did not happen when we delivered your order.

We aim to be clear about our delivery timescales, as we use our own delivery team for around 90-95% of our deliveries, which means we often have more control over the dispatch and delivery of our goods. We are sorry to hear that this did not arrive within the expected timescales. Most areas benefit from a 2-6 working day delivery timescale.
Our Customer Services team have been working hard from the oldest to newest contacts in our inboxes, which may explain why there has been a delay in us getting back to you, but please do rest assured our Customer Services team is available Monday to Friday 8 am - 8 pm, and between 09:00 and 17:30 at weekends too.
We are also concerned to hear that the item has arrived damaged. Our warehouse teams work hard to check our goods when they are dispatched, and if anything has been missed, we are truly sorry, and we would always aim to collect, and replace any goods that are reported as faulty, but have not been altered from their original condition.

Where do I start
Where do I start, value for money definitely, keeping you updated definitely, giving you a delivery time and keeping to it definitely, everything was checked and notified to make sure everything was correct, the delivery was within 20 minutes of the time given the delivery driver was extremely helpful, it's nice to see so many people with real pride in their work, a rarety these days, excellent service.

Contacted them Monday and they said it would be delivered by Thursday
Now Friday and still no carpet
This was ordered off ebay as they have account on there as well
It actually says delivered when clearly it has not been
It says ordered 29th, dispatched 31, delivered 28th, yes you read that correctly delivered the 28th
Used them for 10 years and had always been reliable but now I'm looking elsewhere
Update.....
Carpet has now arrived thankfully, they sent a email saying it would arrive the next day and it did

I ordered 25 mm grass. What came was totally flattened on roll and despited many communications with seller and excuses/advice it never attained more than 15mm thickness. Just received excuse after excuse and even blamed the weather. Order 08 10274 96339
Since my review the company have reacted and apologised for my problem. A full refund has been given. This is good customer service.

We are sorry to hear the grass has arrived and does not appear to be more than 1.5cm in thickness. The advertised height is based on the pile in total, and whilst with professional fitting and power-brushing, we can expect it to maintain this height, sometimes a variety of things, such as particularly heavy rainfall, can result in the pile flattening.

Internal Processes need to be reviewed!
A roll of carpet was missing from my order and I was not told until the delivery turned up.
I had to wait for another 2 weeks before the missing roll was delivered causing me much expense and delay to my renovation as I had to rearrange for my fitter to return.
Customer services in general were useless - as they were unable to identify the missing piece and asked me to confirm the measurements for them!
I managed to deal with a lady there who I think was a more senior member of staff who monitored my delivery and kept me informed.
Shall not be using again!

We are sorry to hear that there was an item missing from your delivery. Our warehouse team do aim to make sure that the entirety of order planned for delivery are kept together and ready for our drivers to load, however, sometimes this may not be done due to a variety of reasons, none of which are foreseeable. As such, when an item is missing from a delivery, we aim to have this resent with our own transport team within 3-4 working days. We are sorry to hear this too was not the case for you.
We do outline that we ask our customers to not arrange for fitters until the carpets have been received and checked to be in good condition, as we can never guarantee a specific delivery date due to the size of our own transport team, it is difficult for us to be able to react on the same day for events such as a driver sickness.
We wish to investigate this further and bring a positive resolution to this matter, so we have sent you a request for further information regarding the order. Once we have this, we will pass this information to our Customer Care Team for further consideration.

Ordered artificial grass on 23/05/23 from here as advertising fast delivery to be let down not once but twice now. On both occasions you get let down 40 minutes before the delivery due which has resulted us having to take 2 days of work due to having to support the driver with the order. Still no grass apparently coming now on 7/6/23 but wouldn’t hold my breath which may I add is 2 weeks from first ordering, need to remove false advertising regarding fast delivery and also stop making up different excuses each time due to why you cant deliver. This isn’t good customers service 😡
