Terrible....

Arranged to clean our house, no show by the cleaner. Called main helpline who sounds as though they couldn't care less, told us to hang on whilst they attempted to ascertain what was happening. No response for a couple of hours and asked if we wanted to reschedule. Complaint raised with the main helpline but no response.

Awful, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Great Service

after booking a mopp cleaner, I then read some online reviews which started to give me cause for concern. I contacted mopp customer services who rather unhelpfully repeated information I was able to read direct off the website, this caused more concerns.
However, the cleaner was brilliant, my house looks fantastic and I'm delighted with the standard of work and the "can do " attitude of the cleaner

Cleaner was late and she smelled

cleaner was late. She put music loud while she was cleaning and I was working.
Her clothes smelled, so after leaving my house smelled dirtier than when she arrived
Usually the service is very good, but this case was an exception (this is why i gave 2 stars)

Great cleaners... customer support needs work

The cleanersa re great. However I find the customer service team a bit lacking - I'm not confident that when I speak to them my instructions / requests are going to me noted and acted upon given prior experience.
For example,a replacement cleaner was sent to mine without the keys from the regular cleaner (and I'm at work) - despite me telling Mopp several times NOT to send a replcaement unless they have the keys. I had emailed them Sunday night as soona sI found out they were sending a replacement and tried calling them several times throughout the morning to no avail.

I also asked them to arrange for my cleaner to pick up keys to my new place, change the address on my acount and temporarily suspend my cleans whilst my flat was being decorated. Unfortuantely only the address was changed, I had to remind them to suspend the cleans as I receieved my usualy reminder and my cleaner still hasn't picked up my new keys.

Great value for money. Excellent service.

Our cleaning lady Tanya is very trustworthy and honest as well as hard working. She is very flexible and eager to help, and is always checking if the work is the way we wanted. Tanya is really helpful and I can trust she will leave the house sparkling. My life would be a nightmare without her.

Easy, flexible cleaning - it just works!

Have been using the Mopp service for about four months now. Very easy to book a cleaner, to rearrange times and (to date) Mopp have been excellent at providing a replacement to cover holidays or sickness.

Everything we could want from a cleaning service - keep up the good work!

Catalogue of errors!

I would highly recommend you steer clear of Mopp. The poor service I experienced was unbelievable. Cleaners didn't turn up on several occasions. Some did a dreadful job. One left a downstairs window wide open all day. The office seems to be run very haphazardly.

Happy for a thorough clean Home

I found the lady sent, Stela, very pleasant, cheeful and she did a damn good job. Apart from the usual, change of sheets, mopping, hoovering, dusting, she remembered the photos, the mirrors, the washing machine doors and dishwasher too, inside the microwave, under cupboards and more.

At my age, I have used a lot of cleaners but Stela, beats them all hands down. I will love to see her again and will be happy and delighted to recommend her and her company, MOPP to all family and friends. Well done MOPP for sending such a delightful and cheerful lady to do my cleaning.

Great cleaners, but poor internal communications

I enjoy the service. The cleaners are very good and reliable.
I've had a few problems with the internal team though. I've requested an specific cleaner and they've sent someone else more than once.
To make sure I have my chosen cleaner I have to send emails and call, and it's just a big hassle.

Inconsistent service.

Cleaners are generally good, but they can very late turning up. Had one week when I was in hospital giving birth to my twins and we had a viewing booked on our house which we are selling and the cleaner was 2 hrs late and did an hour less than she was booked for. One week cleaner didn't turn up at all, she was on holiday and someone else should have come, but they didn't. Last week I didn't get a confirmation email saying a cleaner was coming and as I knew my normal cleaner was on holiday I wasn't expecting anyone. I was out, but only 5 mins from home when I got the call to say there was someone on my door step.

So overall I never really know if someone is coming and if they are, when.

Unreliable

Cleaners were very good but unreliable. Cancelled by text same morning. Did not contact Mopp so they could send someone else.
I agree with other reviews that their administration and customer care service is appalling.

Totally unreliable

TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. I've been using Mopp for a couple of months and I can say that the only good thing about it is their website.
2 of my cleaners quit mopp within the space of a week, they sent a replacement at 6.20am on a Tuesday two weeks in a row when I was meant to have them on Mondays at 10am.
I have tried customer services via phone, email and a 'live' chat where no one replies. I really have tried to make it work and have been flexible and understanding up till now.
I finally got through via email and they apologised and promised to send someone at 10am today. It is now 11am and no sign of a cleaner.
Please don't use mopp if you want a service you can rely on. Customer service is appalling

Love this company

I organised a cleaner for my mum who had just come out of hospital. Mum was a bit apprehensive but there was no need for her to be, the cleaner was lovely, kind, friendly and above all extremely competent. Mum now has a cleaner once a fortnight and looks forward to the visits. It is such a weight off my mind to know that mum's domestic chores are all sorted and at a very reasonable price too. The system is brilliant where you can book and pay online and all queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently. My only criticism would be that they don't cover where I live !!!
