Hello guys, I would like to say that I’m so pleased with the bed and I would like to say thank you

I ordered my bed online after speaking to customer service. They sent me samples to choose from and also videos of what the real product looks like
Iam so impressed with quality and fast delivery. The after care is brilliant they call to see if everything was OK upon delivery

I was so pleased with the output of this product. I was a bit sceptical to begin given the lack of showroom but I met up with the owner where the beds were manufactured and he was really lovely and completely put me at ease. The bed is stunning and so unique, it's completely my taste... I'll be returning again in the new near for another purchase.

It was a great experience dealing with moonsleep bed... they are reliable, respectful trustworthy and bed was excellent. Exactly what was ordered is what I got!!!

So we have ordered a bed on 10th September 2022 we have tried calling this company numerous times has we forgot to put the fabric and colour, we cannot get through to this company very poor service we have emailed them with our concerns and they have not answered no delivery date nothing still waiting on bed. Phone number on site doesn’t answer goes straight to answering machine this is very upsetting considering they have took our money and has not Corresponded with us. We ordered the bed because of the reviews on trust pilot but something is just not right. This Award-winning support team 24/7 07413203147 is never available or answered ☹️

Never do reviews but wanted to say a big thank you to moonsleep for doing an amazing job! They were helpful and friendly. Everything was tailored to our choice and whenever we needed advice they were always there to help! Made everything soo much easier and smooth.

Super King Mirror bed. Excellent service. Bed is sturdy and very well made with a very good finish. I requested delivery on a certain day which was made with good communication with very polite and helpful delivery drivers. Highly recommend

Beautiful bed and comfortable mattress.I ordered velvet plush king size bed frame with extra high headboard with diamonds and 3000 spring pockets mattress the bed is so beautiful and the mattress is so comfortable and for the price you can’t go wrong , delivery was within 2 weeks very quick .I would recommend it this company

The bed looks fantastic. And feels like it was made with love. Very different from everything else out there.

A small hiccup through the delivery lead time and delivery process(one man service instead of two so had to assist the delivery guy) otherwise would been a 5 star service.

I would recommend them to others.

the bed is very confortable and nice . the only thing i was happy was with the delivery man very rude guy . refused to take the bed into the house. i did explain to seller.

Ordered a bed last week, chanel mirorr bed super Kingsize absolutely top quality and the delivery team could not have done more, brought the bed upstairs and assembled it for us. The total experience from ordering and the customer service experience when interacting with the ordering team to deliver a totally excellent experience.
