Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. Placed a $5000 order which was delayed by a month even after promised date of delivery. After delivery, the embossed printing was different than what the proof showed. Been two months with no resolution but empty promises of returns which they haven't been able to sort out for the last month.

Blemishes in the first printing but Moo reached out and fixed the mistake just in time

Update on Dec 17.

I arrived at the hotel and the reprinted business cards were waiting for me at reception. These cards were printed without blemished and I am thankful that Moo stepped in to turn this experience around. I was able to use these cards in a meeting in Japan. I am updating this from 1 star to 4 stars.

Update on Dec 10.

Moo has reached out and they have offered to rectify this situation. They have arranged to have the cards reprinted and shipped to the location where I'll be staying. More to come.

Disappointing and unusable business cards.

First time order. Paid extra for next-day delivery. Delays upon delays.

When I finally got the cards, all of them were marked/blemished. The same 5mm white line on dark background that wasn't a part of the artwork submitted.

When I asked them on chat, here's the exchange.

02:22 PM | ____ from MOO: MOO does operate as a fully self serve print site, with all orders being produced together in groups. Due to this, there is always a slight risk of a production error and I'm so sorry to see the order arriving this way. Typically, we would offer a reprint of the cards, free of charge, however since you'll be traveling this evening, I'd be happy to offer a refund instead.

My question is, why wouldn't a print shop not have basic QA to look at the printed products against the art work?

The problem is that I don't have cards for a meeting in a country where cards and unblemish cards matter. I appreciate the refund but it's not helping me for the reason why I came to Moo in the first place.

02:30 PM |____ from MOO: We do have quality control on the production floor however usually this is reserved for higher priced/larger orders or orders using a special finish.

Are you going to go to a print shop that does not check their prints against artwork submitted?

This was resolved with a refund of the order but that won't help small businesses who need reliable prints without delay or reprints.

Now a happy MOO customer!

I was disappointed with MOOs use of the unreliable courier EVRI in my delivery area in the UK. As I expected, EVRI were delayed! So, I could not take my business cards with me to the USA. MOO jumped in and saved the day with delivery of a reprocessed order to my destination address in the USA.

Thank you to the MOO team!

Excellent MOO customer service.

I highly recommend MOO.

MOO is the only place where I purchase all things related to my business. They stand behind every product they sell, and their prices can't be beat. To be honest for designing cards on the…

To be honest for designing cards on the website the fact it times out via mobile and chrome constantly having to backtrack, fails to properly save images and having to repeateadly upload them and them still having coloration issues after using the website multiple times previously makes me have a pretty good disdain for this service. This is something i have used in the past and the website works worst than when I used it previously.

MOO website is easy to use and great results

The MOO website and business card designing page are really easy to get around and work with. I’m very glad that you can save your designs and come back to them later, as I wasn’t sure what design I wanted to do. In the end, I used their design sizing template and made my own personalised design. The quality of my business cards are amazing, and that’s without any of the special perks they offer

Good quality, really simple process from top to bottom

Really like the quality. I’ve never been a big fan of glossy-crazy white business cards that scream; I’m all plastic and will never decompose!!

But MOO is something else - I personally get their cotton business cards. I can design them myself from top to bottom, delivery is quick and easy, price and quality match and I can clearly tell they’re not made out of plastic!

I always get asked who do I use - and I always reply Mooooo…
couldn’t help myself - bit of bovine humor is always a must ;)

Pleased with quality, price, and shipping!

This is my third time using Moo and I continue to be impressed! The quality is top-notch, the price is reasonable, and I have always received the products I order before their estimated arrival date.
I plan to use Moo postcards for Christmas cards from now on. I love the option to make one side glossy - it really makes the photos pop - and the other side uncoated so you can write on it. It is the best option I have found!

Poor customer service and no accountability...

I had heard such good things about Moo. Unfortunately, what I heard is not what I experienced. I had ordered matted square cards with spot gloss. The cards arrived with no gloss effect. When I inquired about the error, they said it was my fault for making the spot gloss file white. There was no tutorial or guidelines for making the spot gloss file. I asked if they preform quality checks on their products as that should have make someone aware of the error before it was shipped. They replied they do not because of mass production. They offered to reprint them but the arrival would be weeks after the event I needed them for. No offer for expedite shipping. They offered a small credit for the order but I declined this offer as I didn't want to have the same experience with my next order. They ignored me and continued to push the credit for a resolution to the issue so I deleted my account. Their customer service made me feel awful, ignored, invalid and I can't continue to support a company that treats it's customers this way.
