I emailed Monument services for some information on one of my ISAs I wished to move to them, my provider was not on their list, to see if it could be done other than electronically expecting a email a couple days later, I was very pleased to receive a phone call and chat to one of their personal Nick who went through a few security questions and then gave me all the information I needed and a few extra tips on the way forward with my other transfers to them I am making, this gave me great confidence in what I needed to do and in Monument as a company to deal with, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone

Transactions are processed correctly and at lightning speed, with immediate text and email confirmation.
App is simple to use, clear and concise, and documents and other items are uploaded quickly and are easy to find.
Interest rates have been trimmed a little too much and could be improved.

I am very pleased to say that when I had a technical issue recently trying to make an online withdrawal, I was able to actually make a telephone call (which was answered promptly) and speak to an actual human being who was polite, extremely helpful and provided me with an immediate solution to my problem. I don't know any other bank who does this! I highly recommend Monument and will be sticking with them.

I opened a Monument account on Martin Lewis' (MoneySavingExpert) recommendation, at the time.
The app is easy to use and I could see immediately how much interest my savings were making, on a monthly basis.
I've chosen to close it, however, as there had to be a minimum amount kept in the account. As I was going to be making some home improvements, that was no longer suitable for my needs.
The account was closed uneventfully.

Just brilliant first class customer service. Thank you Monument for well trained “humans” answering customer question so professionally. It’s rare these days, please keep it going.

Did a swift transfer of my existing ISA when compared to other org's

Had a few issues changing my app - Nish was very helpful. stayed on the phone whilst i sorted it out, NIsh then found the issue ( which was my fault) and got me back up and running. Amazing service always and very helpful staff. I would recommend Monument to everyone!! Thanks !!

I would highly recommend Monument Bank for their very easy to use App, really excellent and very friendly/helpful telephone support and the fast and efficient processing of the Account opening and all transactions. This was for an App based Savings Account which offered a very competitive interest rate.

I can get higher rates elsewhere but money transfers in and out of my account are so quick and easy to complete I stay with Monument.
