I ordered the bath caddy and pillow for my wife for Valentine's Day but found something else to get her so I wanted to return it. I found out that their return policy is for me to pay to have it shipped back ($54) plus they charged to ship it to me and did not refund that amount ($16). So, it costs me $70 to return a $118 product. Most reputable companies will cover the cost for shipping a return so my advice is that you can get just as good a product with a more reputable company.

This company is a bunch of crooks. They take your money then cancel your order. My order was cancelled right before Christmas, claiming there was a suspicion about the card I used to pay. I've had this card and account for nearly 30 years. At the time of writing this review, my card has not been refunded. I'm giving them two more days before starting legal action for false advertising and theft of property. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy, so I sure wouldn't recommend them to my friends. They are liars and crooks. I ordered the exact same items from someone else, actually at a lower cost. They can take their raggedy product and shove it up their lying, thieving butts.

Purchased the bath caddy. Small hiccup with the order to begin with but was sorted immediately and sent very quickly. The customer service is excellent! The bath caddy is great and if you don’t use the soap holder for soap, it’s great for snacks 😂x

Experience with this website was great! I ordered a scratch off world map as a gift for a friend and she loved it! The product delivery was so fast and the map was in great packaging and condition. Will definitely be ordering from here again if I need.

You cancelled my order last minute just before Christmas which as you can imagine is highly inconvenient and disappointing. The reason you provided was that the product was out of stock. However I was still able to check and received a confirmatory email before receiving an additional email that informed me of the cancellation. Having been recommended your company, I have since told my friend that her suggestion was awful and we shall spread the word.

My experience with Monsuri is extremely satisfying! I ordered a bath caddy and the item was exactly as pictured, of high quality and great packaging. My experience with customer service regarding shipping was exceptional. Order turned out to be out of stock money returned immediately with a sincere apology.

My mum has stage 4 cancer and finds it extremely difficult to lay in a hard bath.
I ordered this product and mum describes it as heaven. She said it’s so comfortable and I was able to leave her having a relaxing soak for as long as she wanted.
We hung it up to dry on the shower rail and it was dry overnight.
Highly recommended with a very comfortable pillow attached.

Great services, been getting regular updates via email and product came with bo scratch exactly like shown in the pictures and description. Will definitely use the website for future family presents and little gifts.

I was bought a glass bottle as a gift when my previous one smashed and the quality of the product is fantastic. The bottle came with a protective sleeve which I haven't seen with other similar products and it does help keep the tea warmer for longer too!
Monsuri as a company are also amazing at customer service! After loosing the lid to my flask in the hustle and bustle of moving house, I contacted them to buy a new one via the webform on the website. Less than an hour later I had received a personal response from the company director saying they didn't sell lids but had a spare he would send free of charge!
I have recommended this company and flask to all my friends and colleagues and it is a first stop for me when looking for gifts for others.
