Absolutely shoddy recently. Complaint live on resolver still awaiting withdrawals screenshot all of customer services conversations. One minute they say they've received documents then not suddenly was asked to verify. Terns and cons state 3 days payouts waiting since 15th march for one. Never using again it is illegal to withhold money. 100%

1 Star only because they do pay out pretty quick. For the rest of the experience I advise to stay well clear. I know they say it's all random generated but not here. Every single game takes ages to bonus and when you get the bonus don't hold your breath! I've had 48p and £1.20 bonus wins after waging at least £50. I know this happens on most sites but not every bonus. Don't know how they screw these games down but they do. Avoid this site at all costs

STAY CLEAR…gave me bonus money of £130 played 9pots of gold got up to £6900, said I had to wager £5692 then all of a sudden my bonus money disappeared and converted to real money of £20 YES £20…absolutely disgusting, they hook you in on bonus money but it will NEVER EVER CONVERT TO REAL MONEY

keep well away quick enough taking your money no questions asked and when they find out you have a disability and win from them they ban you and close your account with no explanation Discrimination against disability.................

Truly awful site. About a month later still waiting for my payout, a fraction of my deposits. It kept rejecting my documents and had no flexibility, Took the deposits without this need but when I wanted to withdraw it would not let me. Do not use.

Avoid this company, no cashout offered, i was winning 2 bets and was offered nothing, trust me these are robbing you blind. Avoid. You have been warned

Recently registered with this site so i was new to it. Won a sizeable amount with "bonus funds" after losing My entire balance,went to check wagering requirements and accidentally "cancelled bonus" in the blink of an eye 2.1k was gone, contacted support who were entirely unhelpful all they did was outline what the requirements were.

Waiting over 3 weeks for my £5000 win. I’ve got no chance after reading these reviews Now the site has gone.

Total scam. A complete investigation of this company’s fraudulent verification method is needed. It uses it as an excuse to withhold paying out. From reading other reviews, my experience is not a one off. You shouldn’t have to take legal action to get access to your funds

Disgusting monster casino. I have been waiting patiently for my wining of £367 over 3 weeks I have provided all documents I have provided pdf bank statement in security support Instagram. When ever try to contract live chat no help. Some of them are not bothered to respond holding 40 minutes then cut off. Shame on you monster casino. And some of birch and lazy hore don't do any work Just pacing customers. You disgusting people pay my money.

Where do I start with them!

First off it took 3 weeks to get withdrawals processed with them, kept turning round saying that the documents sent wasn't right (Driving Licence and Bank Statements was sent to them round 15 times and kept failing).

Had to replace my bank card due to payments being taken from the account with my consent (not Monster) but told them that the card was frozen and that the money from the winnings should be send to the bank account but they didn't do that.

Then today they closed the account because they didn't want to keep up with the business partnership, so I cannot add my new card to make the withdrawals again. Basically they have stole the winnings by closing the account!

Wouldn't waste money on this site as they will keep your money if you plan to withdraw!

If I'm being honest, I'm so lazy when having to download the required documents to send as to be able to obtain my winnings, after reading the vast majority of complaints towards the company, I wasn't holding my breath for to get my hands on my winnings, however I finally got round to sending my documentation, and hey presto my winnings of £1,400 was credited in to my account the following morning ,

The most terrible casino. Keep yourself and money away from this awful casino. I lost over £2500 yesterday. I'm not complaining of lossing my money. It is gambling. You gamble to loss or win. What I'm complaining about is that, instead of letting me know I was reached my lossing limit when I try to diposit, they accept £500 deposit and then told that I was reached my lossing limet. So I can't carry on playing. The warst part is, I withdrew the money but it has been pending over 40 hours now. To make things worse, when I try to contact their customer service, no one replies. So can you guys tell me how to get my money?
