Absolutely awful never ever ordering nothing from them again. I payed for the delivery with dhl to Norway £12. When items came and they didn’t fit i check the return policy and only said I would had to cover the fee for dhl to send back forgot to mentioned it is an absolute ripoff. So they charged me £50 to returned the items so the dress i kept end uo costing me more than before sales if they were honest in their site and say they ripoff people I would had kept the other dresses and just resell online. NEVER EVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS BRAND AGAIN. Plus also their return sire was never working I had to contact constantly costumer service to get even a label to return my items. Worst experience ever

Monsoon online was a little difficult to find returns procedure but ok to follow instructions when found. However chose Royal Mail collection and easy to book with Monsoon but Royal Mail did not collect and sent email late evening to say rebook which was difficult to say least. Fortunately an efficient Monsoon customer service rep sorted within half hour but do not try Royal Mail an impossible site to trust and navigate.

The parcel arrived on time and was left in the appropriate place. The goods are lovely and I can't wait until my granddaughter sees her gifts.

I generally love Monsoon’s clothes however I do wish they had a petite range. I recently purchased a beautiful shocking pink dress and it is stunning however it was too big and far too long and regrettably had to return it.
They also have great customer service

Order was cancelled 4 days after being placed, yet they had already taken the money & no mention was made of this/ or when it would be returned when told of cancellation.

This was the first & last time I will order from Monsoon.

Value and style.

The dress naterial was such good quality. Its too big but the style and everything is spot on.
Even the beautiful packaging makes it look the part. I have no critism to give

Pleased about: V glad Sale stock available online when no longer in shops. Delivery came soon after purchase and at the time I was told; dresses good for what I saw online (though I hadn't realised the red dress had such an asymmetrical hemline)
BUT unfortunately neither fitted properly - too long-waisted for me, and my 34 bust is too small for a size 18, which I need for my hips! I am the wrong shape for Monsoon, maybe...certainly for waisted dresses.
I will return the red dress to the Upper Street, Islington, Monsoon branch (so sorry to learn the Covent Garden branch closed) and pass the navy dress on to a better-shaped, taller niece.
But two final minor points: Upper St said I can get an immediate refund if I paid with VISA (which I did)
- but should there not be a warning online that you can't return goods to a shop if you used PayPal or Klarna to pay?
- and there didn't seem to be any paperwork in my bag about returns (like I get from Crew Clothing when I buy online)

The dress arrived quickly and was lovely quality. Unfortunately it was too big but the process to return it was simple and quick. Just waiting on the return of my money which i hope will be just as smooth.

Dresses arrived promptly and well packaged.

Ordered a lovely kimono-esque jacket - received quickly. No problems and fits perfectly to size, for me.
