The worst shopping experience of my life. No response, no order, no update whether it is going to be posted or cancelled or anything. I wanted to use an opportunity and buy some things for my daughter instead I got sleepless nights, worry, anxiety. This shop needs to be reported and investigated. Avoid at all costs!
Ordered three items, only received two and a note that the third was out of stock. Never received a refund for out of stock item or even a reply when I asked. Shame.

Awful experience. Half of the items in the order did not arrive and when I contacted the company the owner claimed they had all been sent in one box. The missing items were not even highlighted in the packing slip. I will never buy from this shop again.
