Very straight forward without any hazzle. Unfortunatly I couldnt use their services on the target telephone since "Last time seen" feature being unabled. However, I came to an agreement with Hattie at customer service and all end good.

This is the best monitoring app I have…
This is the best monitoring app I have found. I have only been using it one day so far and I hope things continue to go well, but as of right now they’re close to perfect. Vivian from customer support was very helpful in my process of purchasing the product for the first time and was honest and helpful with the questions that I had! The only feedback I have so far about the functionality is that the “Logs” feature randomly stopped updating a couple hours ago even though it was updating fine this morning on cellular data. Not sure what’s wrong with it but everything else is working fine and those were not my main concern for my purchase of the product anyways. I do hope at some point the price can go down as it is a little expensive for us but I truly appreciate the discount codes offered so far. Thank you so much for this service and helping us keep our families safe! 🙏🩷
