Higher level of car insurance at a better premium, shame about glitchy website this time!
I am over the moon that via MSM I was able to save £70 on my car insurance!
Sadly, unlike my previous experiences with your website, on this occasion I discovered that, as a whole, your website was glitchy and not working as I expected it to. I found that the form filling aspect would not allow me to complete it sequentially. This meant that I had to navigate the form from different directions over quite a period of time, and to be honest, I don't know how I managed to complete it in the end. Just as an example, I had to go back into the form via one of your useful e-mail reminders, in order to finally complete the form. I also found changing my annual mileage particularly cumbersome, as well as being able to access my previous quotes.
However, I persevered and managed to complete my quote, arrange a better standard of car insurance at a great price! Thanks! And earn my MSM Reward, which was an added bonus!
