Saving money on Health insurance.
I was looking to save money on my health insurance. It was very simple and effective. I filled out online details. I receive an a call and email. I called back and it was great because I got a person on the phone who saved me 250 euros a year. Great fast and efficient service.

totally useless finished up no internet and no phone no replys from mobile so went else ware then they clain i owe them money when they are in breech of contract
I cannot advise people strongly enough…
I cannot advise people strongly enough to steer clear of this company. A telecom company that just will not answer their phones and continue to charge whatever they like.
Unresponsive
Have tried on several occasions to speak to this company with regards to my fathers bill.
I cannot get any reply on email, phone, I’ve tried live chat only to be told I am not authorised (I am - my father has authorised me himself) and then was abruptly cut off.
If I do not receive a reply soon I will be terminating his contract.
This is incredibly worrying when companies treat their customers in in this way. I will be looking into reporting them.
My father in law died 2 years ago
My father in law died 2 years ago!
I’ve been trying to contact these people since then!
I’ve emailed numerous times!

Lets put Moneysaver out of business please!
I have beed trying to cancel my account. In my welcome letter sais they will NEVER put the price higher, but they did. So I am trying to cancel and as I speak wit them on the online chat, I found that I have my contract is finnishing next year! Which I am not aware of that I have never sign such a contract. So if I cancel now I have to pay for the remaining month an extra fee. I have started the cancellation a week and a half ago, they said the cancellation team will contact me but nobody is calling. Also, none of the online people is able to send me the actual contract which I HAVE NEVER SEEN!
I think the people who works for them should get a proper job, shame on them and the owner of the company is wery sad person, bilions of money and no heart, if he is so clever to rip people like elderly what I read here, he will be clever enough to make Earth better place but dont do this theft.
i just changed my mum's phone number…
i just changed my mum's phone number after years of nuisance calls that cause upset and distress , cost us £25 and a day later the cold calls start again - i can only think Money Saving Telecom are behind this - is it possible they share the new number ? I know technology is way ahead now but when less than 10 people have her new number why has this started again - so what did we get for our £25 - answer - more earache and more annoynace - time to say good bye i think - read the other reviews - do the right thing

Money saver telecome rip off.
I cant believe this company continues to rip of pensioners.I guess they are within goverment guide lines but morale its daylight robbery. My mother who is 80 year old has been paying on average 80 to 90 pounds a month for last near 2 years for local calls and max 2 calls a month for 15 to 20 minutes to Canada. I would urge anyone not to touch this company. So disgusted with what she has been charged. You can not get a hold of them on the phone they just dont answer so i guess thats why pensioner keep paying. How do they get away with this is beyond me???. Anyway i have changed companys for her at a fraction of the price and money savers telecom you shall be recieving no more.... Please Please do not touch this company.

Appalling Company
This is the second, maybe the third time I have sent in a review about this despicable company. I was lied to regarding calls to mobile phones. They told me they would be free, only when I received my first bill I discovered they were not! When I signed up the upfront charge was charged to me twice. When they changed their modem I have been unable to use my answerphone and they put on 1571. This service is free anyway, I never used it as it has a short ring time and as I’m disabled, I cannot get to the phone in time and unlike an answerphone you can pickup while someone is leaving a message and you can hear whoever is calling. Last month they charged me £60 odd pounds and today they have taken £90 from my account. Their new website is a complete load of rubbish, I have tried unsuccessfully to log in and tried numerous times to change my password as it would not accept my password from my saved passwords. When you receive your bill; you now have to log in to see the breakdown of your calls. This does not work!
I expect done on purpose in order not to be able to see the enormous amounts they are charging. You cannot get hold of them at all and useless online chat.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...EVER!
Just look at all reviews saying the same thing over and over again and targeting the elderly, myself included!

I cancelled my 89yr father's contract…
I cancelled my 89yr father's contract at the end of May but they continue to send him bills despite many online chats and emails (can't get through on the phone!). They took money from his bank for 2 months and still haven't refunded the money.

cancellation of account
I cancelled my account at beginning of November, had a letter and phone call asking me to reconsider which i rejected. Unfortunately moneysaver seem unable to accept this and keep sending me bills now adding on an extra charge for non payment by Direct Debit.
After many phone calls which produced no results I wrote to them but letter was returned with note that address is inaccessible. In the past I have also found that emails are ignored. Eileen

Although I am having no trouble with…
Although I am having no trouble with them answering the phone, I am having huge problems with my Aunts bill, she has been paying £40 approx each month for 2 years, she rings Australia daily and she had a good package with money saver telecom, although this came about by them cold calling her and asking her to switch companies, which she did thinking she would save money, we have had a few issues but nothing like now. Her last 2 months bills have been ridiculous amounts and no itemised bill with the phone bill!!
I’ve been told on several occasions it is getting investigated but honestly how long does it take, I started ringing in June about these bills, her pension can hardly cover the cost of the bill. They haven’t wrote or rang to say they are changing her plan, which it looks like they have without her consent. Yesterday I was told someone called Blake would ring me to discuss a new plan, I’m still waiting for phone call. I feel frustrated and honestly don’t know what to do other than find her a new phone provider, as I genuinely think she won’t get her money back.

Avoid this company
Like so many below, my mother also lost service at the end of 2019 but kept paying through Direct Debit. We stopped the direct debit and wrote to the company to confirm termination. My mother is 89 and needed the landline for her life line. We have a new service provider now and all is fine again. Money saver have not answered my letters or emails and do not answer their phone. As a lawyer, I am happy to have them take us to court if that is their practice and also happy to help publicise this trail of issues that all have the same trend of elderly people losing service but getting charged. to date, I await any form of communication from this company, other than posted bills, these I am treating the same way as this company treats it's customers - I am ignoring them, while building a legal case

Utterly impossible to get hold of!
My uncle has recently sadly passed away and has a Moneysaver Telecom account. I have been trying to contact them to cancel the account from the end of March 2020 until now to no avail. They won't pick up the phone, respond to my emails and the web chat clearly doesn't work. Clearly totally un contactable. About to write to head office, hoping to get a response.

Ridiculous
I have not had an internet connection since 2 July, I have tried phoning but get no answer! Went onto the live chat, absolutely useless.
I have sent emails and have had no feedback as to why my connection is down.
This is not the first time I have been without internet, the last time I was down for almost 2 weeks. The after sales service is shocking.

Awful company and service, avoid at all costs
After recent troubles with the compnay there phone lines put you on hold for around 10 minutes before promptly saying 'Goodbye' and hanging up the phone. This is a joke.
Next you can tactually log into your account online as there website doesnt actually work.
Reccomended channels of contact are next to get in touch via a live webchat or by leaving a message. The messages take well over a week to get a reply, if you get one at all. The live chat takes usually well over a few hours to be connected to an agent and is despicable.
This is of course only if you have problems with your connection, i recieve a fraction of promised speeds, well below the outlined minimum and when this question is raised with stafff the subject is chanegd and they refuse to speak about it (Same as the website issue listed above).
Connection is slow, struggles to even maintain low quality videos without constant buffering, with also providing constant feeling breaks in the internet and down times so even the poor connection provided is limited further.
Next is there routers, the ones provided are awful in comparison to other providers ive used previously (BT, SKY, EE, VIRGIN) connection is slow and very limited with awful penetration throughout the house.
Currently trying to cancel however they are refusing to get in contact. The only advice i can offer is to never get yourself into a contract with Moneysaver Wireless Telecom, they dont save money, they barely provide a wireless connection and dont deserved to be called a telecom with the service they provide. They dont do a single thing that they say on the tin.
The name is money saver. No money is saved, just lots of time wasted

I would just like to add that they did contact me, and I responded, and have heard nothing since. They only go through the motions for appearances on your website. They do not care about the customers. Full stop.

Have nothing to do with this company
Have nothing to do with this company. They gave me a deal in November 2019 which was £25.99 a month with free calls. I have not had a correct invoice since it started. They keep charging for all my calls. Two months I didn't get a bill. It seems so straightforward to me but for them it's a mess. Can't get in touch and when I eventually did, I got someone who needs to go on a customer relations course. How do I get through to them. I would gladly leave them but they would charge a fortune for cancelling.
