Extremely poor customer services
Extremely poor customer services. This app is a rip off loads of hidden charges every transaction cost you money. Which is doesn't state anywhere before you sign up. this is a complete fraud. Set up the app an hour ago only to find out it's hidden charges 99p per transaction plus other hidden charge like 4.95 to have your bank card sent additional fees for having money in your account. This is a scam!!? Do not use no customer service plus they don't answer your email. The telephone number doesn't work either lodge with my bank as a scam and cancelled my bank card. Will be raising this as a complaint with the financial ombudsman

Rubbish service. Clients onboarding processes and procedures and communications sucks. Dont bother using them in the UK. Customer service - non existent. Avoid by all means.
