Had an issue with the UK shipping company from France to UK, who failed to deliver the parcel.
The customer service team were responsive, chased it up and sent me out a new pair after the previous pair were returned to sender. Very pleased, great glasses too!
I wanted to make use of the 14 days return policy. 2 Days after my glasses arrived I returned them. I even payed the return costs of transport, they didn‘t accept my package and returned them to me again. Furthermore, they don‘t answer to any email. Just unbelieveable how they treat their customers.

For ecological reasons, the cost of returns due to withdrawal is borne by the customer :)
It is strange that your parcel has been returned since if it was sent to the address we gave you for returning parcels it cannot be refused or returned.
