I gave this one star because there was no negative stars,, I ordered a T shirt on line and what came was complete Chinese junk polyester material which bears no resemblance to the picture on line,, BEWARE of this scam, the T shirt i received was something you would expect to find in a cheap asian market, they charged me 41 bucks for it including delivery,, it is exactly that,, junk,, do not purchase anything from these people

I waited 21/2 months for my order. The material was horrid, like sponge, not a Norwegian knits. I asked to return it. They wanted a photo of it(?). I was to pay the return, they offered a 10% coupon, and I could keep the item. I told them I would post my disgust on FB and they offered 15%. This is just fraud and false advertising. Don't go near this company.

I had to wait months for 2 garments which when arrived were not sweaters but an imitation polyester. Since I am allergic to this material I asked for a refund but was told I had to pay for return plus would I instead take a $25 discount. Since now I do not trust this company why would I want any more dealings with them after their fraud. I asked for return address and been ignored..so it's onto my bank for a fraud case.

The only way this Company can be helpful is if it closes it's doors & never opens again. I ordered an Icelandic sweater. The colour was supposed to be pale pink/pale grey & cream. What came was bubblegum pink. orange, dark grey & white. Numerous emails to them. I was offered 10% off, I refused, then 20% off, then 30% off, towards another purchase..They want me to order something else from them? Seriously. I asked for the return address, was told that the Company's accounts had been frozen due to being busy...I told them they were liars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
There is not one thing to say that is positive about them. They are liars, scammers & thieves.

Appalling on every level, items received after weeks are a joke and an insult - do not use this ‘company’ (if you can call them that!) at any costs!

If I could give zero I would. I contacted the company to let them Know how disappointed I was with the product and wanted to return. The garments are nothing like the ad. They are all prints not knitted jumpers and look very cheap. I am still waiting for the return address but they have now ghosted me. DO NOT BUY THESE GARMENTS.. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT

I ordered an Icelandic sweater. Spent about $32 . Received it 4 weeks later. I opened it and what a JOKE. It's nothing more than a thin polyester pull over ugly shirt. No sweater pile or feel. The design is just painted on or how ever they do it. The inside is all white, the outside is like a shiny polyester very thin shirt. Unbelievable!!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID....this site is a scam. The items advertised and what shows up bears no resemblance. Customer "service" is the worst (if they even reply). Don't waste your time or money. If you see them operating on FB or Insta - PLEASE GIVE THEM A BAD REVIEW to put people off of getting scammed, and notify the service provider to have their adverts taken down.

I put an item in my cart in Nov and decided I did not want it. At least once a week or every two weeks they send a reminder that I have items in my cart that I have not paid for. They harass you to no end. I send them please stop I do not want this item. At first the emails were returned now they are just unanswered. This site is a a fraud, harasser, nonexistent. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Absolute scam DO NOT buy from Mokashe. They sent horrible polyester printed monstrosities not knitted icelandic style knitwear. Avoid at all cost ! you cant return as they are sent from China and if you get an answer from customer services you're lucky

Ordered two Icelandic sweaters which were nothing like the items depicted on the internet sales site. Asked for a refund and a preprinted label for returning items. No action from the seller apart from saying the issue would be past to quality control. Worst possible deal. Very disappointed

Fraudulent company- a scam- deceived by website. I wish I'd read the terrible reviews. Item ordered was different material to the photograph - it was not knitted but a fake print on cheap material. Company refusing to accept a return request, or provide a knitted item. They then offered me coupons at different percentages! What a scam. Will not buy from this site again , so silly to trust them.

It is rather difficult to find anything "constructive" to say about a company who blatantly deceive customers into buying disgracefully shoddy and utterly unwearable garments, when both their online advertising descriptions and photographs of the goods they are selling lead one to expect something totally different. The image I provide a link for here is what Mokashe promote as "Vintage Icelandic Knit Jacquard Warmth Blue Crew Neck Sweater (Unisex) selling price $25.99, and on examining the image, you will notice that it unmistakeably features a knitted woollen piece of clothing. After an interminable wait, what actually arrived in the post was a disgusting synthetic material sweatshirt printed with the pattern of a knitted jumper, which probably cost no more than $2.00 to produce at most!
I cannot stress too strongly how much Mokashe is a scam and would urge anyone tempted to purchase goods from them not to bother and to seek a more reputable and honourable company. Hopefully this review will inform others NOT to purchase ANYTHING from them and will assist in calling a halt to their scurrilous activities.

This site is a scam. The sweaters are not at all wool, but cheap synthetic materials with a fake wool pattern printed on them. The result is cheap garbage. Keep away!

I ordered $150 in clothing they were all supposed to be sweaters and leggings that are knitted like sweater leggings. None of them are sweaters all of them have the picture of someone in a sweater but they send you a sweatshirt or just regular thin low quality leggings that have a print on them as if they've been knitted. Very poor unless you're backing up and taking a picture from far away you can totally see that it is a cheap horrible reproduction and picture of a sweater. None of the quality markers in the picture are going to be on what they send you. It's pretty bad.

Don’t order here! this is just scam! The pullover I got was just a bad joke. Nothing to do with the pictures.

Jumper absolutely nothing like photo. Horrible plastic fabric, printed - badly- with knitted design. Unwearable.

I am finding this business may be a scam. I ordered 6 sweaters and am now seeing they are not handmade sweaters but are “prints” of a pattern. I am going to report the business to BBB. And to FB as a scam site.
