Terrible online experience

Bought a number of pieces online. They arrived by Australia Post on a Monday, in poor condition as they were all extremely soft from the heat. Clearly they were posted late in the week, held over the weekend somewhere in Aust post sorting centre ,then delivered Monday. Instead they should have been posted on a Monday or Tuesday ensuring they were shipped quickly& received on a Wednesday or Thursday? Plus I emailed the company complaining about the inferior condition of my purchase in early February & 4 weeks later they have not responded to my email. Completely ignored my concerns. Extremely poor customer service. Will never shop here again.

Delightful!

What a delightful company to deal with! I've only had the pleasure of visiting the shop in person once but have ordered several times online. The fudge is absolutely delicious and the choices many, varied and affordable. Even better, I placed an order on Friday and it arrived on Monday! Couldn't be happier!
