Refuse to refund for item returned or send item back
Has such an awful experience with this company. I received my item which wasn't as described from the website which had a fault. They said it wasn't. I posted the item back then they refused to refund me because they said they received it after the 14 day period when I live across the otherside of the world which is out of my hands, they ignored my emails. I had to continuosly make contact daily for 4 months until eventually they sent me my entitled refund. You can't have customers pay their own money to return an item (that's faulty) and then not refund them or send the item back. You can't just keep the item. It's one or the other. Will never shop here again. Please be careful with your purchases here.

Scam site
The prices seem too low but that is for a reason. I ordered a pair of shoes, never received. Drop off place changed to one far away, etc. After 5 weeks of back and forth emails with customer service where I'm told I'll get a refund, but not yet for x and y reason, what I get is "store credit" and not for the full amount - the shipping cost is deducted. Basically the site is in breach of EU regulations and a scam. I am in the process of recovering my money through the MasterCard customer protection program but it takes time so beware.

Retuning is difficult.
For returning how about you print barcode and send with stufs like many other website? One thing makes me hesitate to order from your website I have to print out the returning barcord and I have search for the shop where I can print it out.
