Don't ever order something on that website!
We ordered a chair for 600 Euro and we never received it!!!!
The company did respond on our mail when we asked about when the chair would be delivered but when we started the ask to cancel the order and give our money back they never responded back.
We send allot of mails but never a response back!!!

Don't trust them!!!!
Don't order anything!!!!

I have ordered a Marble table and 4 flower chairs on july 12; the table arrived in October and mounting it was a nightmare because the fixing part was too long and had to pay someone to fix it. The worst is that the 4 chairs never arrived and im writing to them emails every day but no response since october 19th! it is now 24 weeks delay...they have disapeared! dont know what to do....

Keep yourself away from this site, it is a nightmare.
I have ordered a chair which has been delivered two month after the delivery time of the order. I have ordered an article in green leather and I have received a red one, a really horrible red. No chance to receive the money back or a solution, after my complaints, they are disappered. 650 Euro in the trash.

Ordered an Eames chair and asked for an ETA 6 times no via email and no reaction whatsoever
No telephone number no customer service number.... Not a good sign!

Delivery two months later of our LC4 chair! Only email and telephone to understand.
Chair looks ok.

We are pleased with delivery, the size and quality of the cow hide rugs.

There's only one fly in the ointment - I ordered one (1) black and white cowhide rug and a (1) brown and white cowhide rug.

What arrived was one (1) black and white and one (1) tri-colour black, brown and white rug.

To return the rug is too complicated. So I have to put it down to an annoying picking and packing error. It is a minor annoyance but an annoyance none the less.

Ordered a leather bench and footstool, and after a very protracted wait they arrived and are exactly as described. We're it not for the fact that it took over seven months from the point of ordering (and paying) to actual delivery we'd be tempted to order again. The furniture is well-made and good quality, it would just be helpful if the website set reasonable expectations as to how long the process takes, or let you know at the point of purchase if there are likely to be long delays.
