I bought a TV a stand on sale, sometimes in 2019-2020 ( average quality) along with a beautiful rug that I'm in love with since I got it.
The delivery time was terrible at that time (before C-19) but apparently it has improved since they've changed management so I'll give it another go 😌

I bought a couple of bookshelves from this company over a year ago. After getting an email saying that the ownership changed I thought i would order from them again. The prices stayed the same from what I remember but the shipping times were fast and customer service was great. For the price it's definetely worth the value.

Terrible company, aweful quality and even worse customer service. I waited for my desk for two months with almost no updates from the company. I only got a vague response when I chased them 10 times over. When my item finally arrived it was completely wrecked.

Worst company ever! Stay clear!

I had been looking for a cabinet just this size and style but had never heard of 'Modern Furniture Deals' before and having read some of the reviews on here, I wasn't sure if I was taking a bit of a gamble by ordering with them. However, I took the chance and I'm glad I did - I ordered on 17th December and I thought I'd be waiting weeks for delivery, but within the week (and before Christmas!!!!), it arrived, brilliantly packaged and in perfect condition. It's perfect and just as described/pictures show on the website. Very happy indeed and I'd definitely order again with Modern Furniture Deals. Thank you! :)

This is my second review and was hoping to be more positive but having failed to deliver as promised they offered 10% refund as item was due to arrive last Friday/Monday. I emailed them to agree to this and said I would patiently await update. I then got update from paypal that I was getting full refund. This is all well and good but was trying my best to give them chance to deliver. Once again no reply to e mail and advertised telephone number still shows not in use. Don’t touch with a barge pole.

After a minor hiccup with delivery, we've now put up and installed our Stairway bookcase. It looks great and arrived just about within their delivery estimate. The issue we had was with DPD, not MFDs who helped us brilliantly to try and resolve the issue. The only thing that could be improved, was that it didn't come with any instruction to anchor it to the wall. This was resolved easily as we had spare parts from other flat pack kits, but worth thinking about as the topple risk could be significant if not anchored to the wall adequately. All in all, really pleased with the bookcase.

Terrible experience. No one has replied to my emails or Facebook messages. The telephone number rarely works and goes to a dead tone 90% of the time. Managed to get ahold of someone on the phone twice only and was given false information about the status of my order. Told they will dispatch last Friday or this week Monday. Both days have come and gone. Managed to get ahold of someone yesterday and was again was lied to. Told I will get dispatch information yesterday evening or early this morning. No word from them still and again, the phone line is dead. Wonder what lies I’ll be told when I do manage to finally get someone on the phone.

Tragic experience have only received part of my order after 2.5 months, even though they tried to ship everything twice - they failed to provide the correct paperwork to DHL, and when they did, only one of the three parcels got through

* Received only one out of two night tables
* Received another item that had the wrong dimensions listed

Always says they will send it "today", "tomorrow", "this week", which is obvious lies in hindsight. I could understand some delays due to the covid situation, but this goes beyond that.

They refunded the wrongly sized item, and said they would send the last night table. But I have not received that, and they no longer answer my emails

Hoping my bank will approve my charge back claim, as 1 night table is useless

We are very happy with the Lula Pendulum Light which arrived within a few days thanks!

We ordered the Gravity desk which has arrived quickly, the courier left it outside our door and the desk was wet and the box was loose however the items inside were not damaged. We have just assembled it and it is looking great in our new home office :) many thanks

Our Rosco bookcase arrived two weeks earlier than expected! We are very happy with the colour and quality, It looks great in our room! I highly recommend this company, they are super effitient and professional and we will definitely be using again.

Our Gina TV unit arrived after just 4 days of ordering it, there was one box missing. we have contacted the depot and we have been told that it was lost, however they sent one out straight away. Fantastic service, many thanks
