Ordered a base layer during Black Friday sales. It arrived covered in makeup marks! Contacted mochara and was left on read for 8 days. Eventually they responded and told me to return it to them, which I did. They promised a replacement would be sent on a next day service as I told them it was a Christmas gift. The replacement wasn’t sent until 5 days after I posted the original base layer back, which meant it didn’t arrive in time to give it as a gift. Incredibly poor customer service. The products are nice but hope you never have a problem because it’s a nightmare to get them to actually resolve it.

My order was delivered within 48 hours, excellent packaging, super quality garments and all the relevant paperwork included. Would definitely recommend. :)

First purchase; really nice quality half zip jumper - will be perfect for winter riding under a jacket.
