This company take my interview and issued me LOI on the basis of that I resigned from the previous organisation. I have relocated to Noida for joining and paid rent and security to rent Flats. One day before joining they told me that project goes on hold. Leaving me stucked in the middle of Crisis.

I recommend signing work agreements with them before joining so the same thing do not happen with you. As an ICT and ELV graduate and 20 years of experience in the field including several state-level key projects. I have worked with many technology companies and especially in App Development.
However, project management, professionalism, integrity, honesty, and productivity is a key part of any business and it is the minimum expectation for any client when dealing with the service provider.
Mobulous has failed on all levels whether from the scope of work understanding, client expectation management, team allocation, understanding the work, delivering a quality product, and respecting the approved timeline.
Our project started with them in January 2021, and they kept on dragging us till Mid 2022 with unfinished work, unfriendly interfaces, bad coding conduct, and buggy application.
It is a trap “you have been warned”. They give you a small hourly rate so that they can take your project and as much as you expected they will deliver a quality product. You will end up wasting money on this company. They will deliver the minimum and just pretend that they completed the work and you will start chasing them to fix things. This is where they will keep asking for more and more money.
There is the only way to do business with this company is “Don’t” as simple as that.
Their CEO/Founder/Owner whatever you want to call. Gives you the impression at the first meeting that he is well experienced and knowledgeable and that he has a big team to fulfill your work. But painfully we found out that he was just a business broker like many out there, he meets you for the first time and then push you over to a group of developers and project manager who have a minimum understanding of the requirements and they start coding your project with weak skills. You will only know this the hard way later as they will put you in a tunnel with no light at the end.
We end up reaching a level of frustration that prompted us to just limit the damages after we have paid nearly 85% of the contract for a buggy unfinished work and stop it there. Even when that decision has been made, they don’t provide any standard documentation for your work which any junior development company as per industry standards is supposed to provide.
I believe they fish for those clients who have money and looking to build apps but are startups and not really understanding the technologies so they can end up stealing your money or simply deliver something far from what you have expected.
Once again, their CEO is arrogant, unprofessional, and uncooperative like the rest of his team as he cascades his abusive leadership to his team.
If you appreciate your money and your time, stay away from this company. Otherwise, you will suffer heavily and make you lose hope in your app.
Our work included iOS, Android, Static website, Backend, and Admin Panel
- iOS and Android were never the same code, some things on one app are not the same on the other as there is no internal coordination between the teams, and overall the only thing that works in the app is the login and a couple of basic features. However, all complex coding is just copying and pasting of others from public reports and an attempt to make it work which doesn’t
- Static website – I would have made it myself with my limited knowledge better and faster than this company. The website is cheap and simple with some downloaded graphics and templates.
- API and Admin Panel – not mobile friendly, filters don’t make sense and work in the wrong way. Half of the scope of work is lost along the frustration as they keep making problems for you that you forget your original written scope of work in an attempt to fix the crap of a code and interface they have done.

In summary, this is a company that has no common sense, no ethical business conduct, they respond only to money withholding, CEO is uncooperative, the delivery manager is disconnected from reality, their team is unprofessional, and no minimum knowledge about such work and have no clue how to fulfill client agreed requirements.
