End of Life

Heard about Mobivet from a friend and following their positive experience, decided that we wanted the same for our beautiful Miniature Schnauzer, Poppy.

Delyth was simply amazing, her very obvious compassion and care helped make a difficult situation, tolerable. The end was very peaceful. Thank you so much.

Poppy has been an integral part of our family for over 12 years and we are heartbroken, however to saying goodbye to Poppy at home was a great help to us all.

Kindness and Compassion

I want to thank Vlad and everyone at Mobivet for their kindness and compassion when we had to send our darling boy Monty over rainbow bridge.
We asked specifically for Vlad as he had visited Monty previously but he wasn’t in that day yet he still came out for Monty and he was so very kind. Also the lovely lady (I’m sorry I don’t know your name) who went out of her way to return our boy’s ashes to us on Christmas Eve. We will be forever grateful 🙏🏻

Compassionate, kind, reliable

I want to thank Mobivet from the bottom of my heart for their kindness to my mother, who lost her beloved companion, Molly, yesterday. They had been taking excellent care of her for years, in particular over the last few months when Molly developed a heart issue. But their kindness and compassion yesterday – in particular Delyth and Vienna – were simply extraordinary and they have our heartfelt gratitude. Thank you for taking such good care of our dearest girl.

Not recommended

Only used them because my cat is anxious going to the vet. The vet that came out, turned up an hour late, no call to say they were running late. Was totally unprofessional, didn’t seem to have a clue what she was doing. Ended up having to take her in for an operation which they suggested, again, terrible experience. Have spent nearly £800 and my cat is still unwell. I feel they are more interested in making money than the animals welfare. Wouldn’t recommend

Unprofessional and rude

Vlad arrived with what I can only describe as a bad attitude. He was monosyllabic and quite abrupt. He had no information about my pet prior to the appointment (it was a follow up for my nervous, elderly cat who needs a blood test) Vlad refused to do the test and home and insisted on going to the practice. (Only went to mobi vet because my cat gets very stressed and can't travel) He advised me to grab my cat by the scruff to put him in the box (I've never picked up my cat like that before) He then proceeded to chase my cat up the stairs. Cat went to hide under the bed, he's so stressed he's still there now. I cannot believe the total unprofessionalism of this man has, absolutely shocked. Will never use again.

Wonderful end of life at home service

Had to have my elderly whippet put to sleep 2 days ago. Delyth from mobivets was an angel. I’ve never experienced such a wonderful peaceful passing for a beloved pet. Delyth was kind, compassionate, took time to talk to my dog for a while and make a fuss of her. I was able to sit on my sofa with my relaxer out as normal with my dog by my side as she always is. Nothing was unsettling for my dog. Everything was as normal which kept her relaxed. Delyth took time to explain every last detail to me that I needed to know, gave me different options, took me through the options available for cremation including keepsakes. I was able to hold my dog until the end and grieve in my own home. I would never take an animal to a surgery again to be put to sleep after experiencing the at home service. It was wonderful. I cannot rate mobivets highly enough. Thank you Delyth ❤️

Caring for puppy????

My little puppy was treated there for 2 days 2 weeks ago subsequently she was referred to Langford vets, small animal Vet school as she was deteriorating and was starving herself for 4 days even without water. She was admitted in Langford vets for 2 nights and thankfully now home much better. Today we had a phone call from mobivet trying to prescribe medicines worth over £400 without even asking how our little puppy is! Says it all!

The cost we discussed was significantly lower than the amount mentioned here. You chose instead to obtain a written prescription from the referral service, which we completely respected.

We are sorry if our call came across as insensitive, as it was intended to help ensure your puppy had access to the recommended treatment.

Kind and compassionate vets

Thank you so very much to Vlad and your lovely assistant for being so kind and gentle today when my daughter and I had to say goodbye to our cat; Garfield. You were both so considerate and your price was so good compared to other veterinary practices I contacted.
