We use Genuine and OEM quality parts On-site repairs - If you take your phone to a phone shop most of them will send your phone on to a service centre to be repaired which doubles your repair time and maybe the cost Minimum Level 3 Qualified Technician...

Best phone shop in town.
I've used the guys in this particular shop now for a few years they have always been 100 percent honest with me and have always done an expert job on any repairs I have asked for them to do. Nothing Is too much trouble for them their prices for their items like phone cases and battery's are very good and always genuine parts and cases. If you go any other shop in Ipswich you will be wasting your money and time where if you take it to these guys like it says above the door fone experts. Plus they have certificates for all their hard work and training. Why go any where else. I'm one very happy customer.

Professional honest and great service all rounds!
Whether one needs a new lcd screen their phone being unlocked a new screen protector and so on, these guys are there to help you.
I often use the Carr Street's Ipswich shop and some point soon will more than likely take our daughter's phone to get them to put a brand new battery in.
Once again, thanks making it easier all the while and I'll see you shortly!
