Extremely disturbing experience with MobiKwik and its recovery process.

Despite raising a formal written complaint (with call recordings and details), I continued receiving repeated calls not only on my number but also to my personal contacts, including friends and relatives. This was a serious breach of privacy and completely unacceptable.

The behaviour of recovery agents was aggressive, disrespectful, used abusive language and caused significant mental stress. Even after escalating the issue through proper channels, there was no meaningful response or resolution from their side.

I had clearly requested them to follow fair recovery practices and stop contacting third parties, but this was ignored.

Even post-payment, Mobikwik did not stop harrasment, proper closure required repeated follow-ups and after RBI complaint they provided closure letter.

I mistakenly sent money to the wrong account. Raised a dispute. They disabled my entire account instead. 14 days later — account frozen, wallet balance gone, support team offering nothing but fake promises and blame.

Do NOT trust this wallet with your money. Mine is still trapped inside.

Worst experience ever got my 35000 my salary stuck and they are not giving me back after several complaints they are saying it will take 5 to 7 days and this is a third time there doing this like it's round more than a week they are also not giving me my money back if it's created or debited I am in so much your problem because of MobiKwik please solve my issue or I will be taking a severe action which will be facing consequences!

I am very dissapointed with mobikwik.. especially for money transfer.. They claim they offer up to 5% in each fund transfer... I have done more than 100 transfer of rupees 100+ but never received more than 0.80 rupee which is only 0.5-0.7% of the transaction...
However, in recharge or bill payments, they provide good cashback but after 2-3 recharges the promos exhuasted and you cannot get any more cashback... please at least ensure more promos.

I have already foreclosed my loan and received the NDC (No Dues Certificate) from Northern Arc Capital.
However, I am still receiving daily notifications from MobiKwik stating that I need to maintain sufficient balance in my bank account for loan auto-debit. Additionally, in the MobiKwik app, the loan status is still showing as active and not closed.

This is causing unnecessary concern and inconvenience, as the loan has already been fully settled.

MobiKwik is totally fraud company and MobiKwik XTRA is the worst scheme. All they are money lutaru company

Fraud company hai koi invest mat kar dena koi seniors nii hai wha par revert Karne ke liye bhi (Invested ₹1,00,000 through MobiKwik P2P in Sept 2024. My money was deployed to borrowers WITHOUT my written or call consent. No borrower details were shared before disbursement.

Now loans are in NPA and MobiKwik is refusing responsibility, saying they are only a “platform”. They also reinvested funds without proper authorization.

Customer support only sends generic replies, closes tickets repeatedly, and avoids giving clear recovery timelines or consent proof.

Very poor transparency, unauthorized fund deployment, and harassment through multiple closure emails.

I strongly warn other investors: Please don’t invest unless you’re ready to lose your money.

Sabsey ganda aur fraud app hey. Loan close hoke 2 month ho gaye Last 2 month sey overdue charges payment karne za raha hu amount badkar aa rahi hey. Bey vazaha main extra payment kyu karu. Mobikwik sab team ka kuch revert nahi aa raha....15 baar ticket rase kar chuka hu. Fraud log hey.

My investment in MobiKwik Xtra has been stuck for more than 2 years. Despite multiple calls, tickets, and DMs, I keep getting the same generic replies. Principal amount is still blocked even during a financial emergency.

This is highly disappointing and unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency and timely resolution.

Its a fraud, they have stopped my withdrawal of xtra investment, and everyone is facing this issue, RBI needs to resolve this.

Mobikwik is biggest fraud company. My 1 lakh amount has been stuck. Month me 200 Or 300 rupees de rhe h.
Rbi bhi mila hua hai. Complaint krne pe rbi mobikwik and landbox ka sath de rha hai. Hmara complaint close ho jaa raha hai.

Don't trust Mobikwik, don't use this App. If you want to take cashback, you should create a wallet and do KYC. I don't agree to use Mobikwik and try to delete my account, but no one gives me any response for 35 days for 3 tickets and 2 emails. Then on the 36th day, i called Mobikwik on 08069808320, and then the senior team called me back via +918071324874, and i didn't agree any think to do any task then, he deactivated my account, but I didn't receive any confirmation. He said confirmation is just on this call.

Total fraud on eXtra as your money is stuck with them forever and they are paying back in peanuts like 50 rs and to get back 25k which i invested is taking infinite time and recently they stopped repayments

I find Mobikwik’s UPI feature Really convenient because I can transfer money instantly to any bank account without extra charges. The transaction go through in just a few seconds, and I also used the QR code option for quick offline payments. It has made my everyday transactions so much faster and easier.

I really appreciate Mobikwik's quick personal loans. The entire process is digital with very little paperwork and the funds are transferred directly to my wallet or bank. It's been a lifesaver for covering emergency financial needs.

Mobikwik Xtra is a big scam. They advertised it as a guaranteed returns scheme last year giving 12-14 % ROI. But suddenly after the RBI regulations they revealed that returns are actually not guaranteed and depend solely on the repayment of loans their partner lendbox has given out from our money. As an investor I was not aware about such an arrangement while investing my money until they were forced to reveal it due to RBI's action. Now the small repayments have stopped completely and their repayment schedule shows that even my principle amount will not be recovered.
This company is a big scam and I am going to take a legal action against them.

Mobikwik is a terrible app. I invested around ₹500,000 in Mobikwik's Xtra platform. But now they haven't paid me anything for the last four days. And what they paid me was sometimes ₹100, sometimes ₹200, sometimes ₹150 per day. Did I invest in Mobikwik to get my money back like this? Customer service says you'll get your money back when the borrower refunds it. Please don't return your money to Mobikwik.
