I purchased from the app called Shop. I waiting for my order like two weeks I contact with them twice. They told me they contact with me back with tracking number. They never not send me the tracking number the most Scam company

They said delivered, more than one month after (and i paid express). But I didnt receive nothing ! I just receive a piece of paper with china medicine advertising ??????

Just wanted to add my piece here. I bought from this company as their brand resonated and I wanted to support a start up from IG. Big Mistake. Not only did the shipping take forever but their website is misleading. It says made in USA when in fact it was shipped from China.
Furthermore when my hoodie and pants arrived the sticking was completely botched. There is no way one can wear this out in public. The sowing on the hoodie was terrible and did not resemble the quality nor sowing in the picture. Per their policy you are entitled to a refund and they were adamant on telling me that there is no refund after product has been shipped. Regardless of what their policy was. No customer service!
If you thought about buying from this brand #maisonnoire they have great marketing but no costumer service and follow through.

My kids need hoodie for winter and order them on mnoire.org Mason Noire website using express shipping on Nov 14 2025. Today Dec 10 2025, still not received my shipment. After sending email to customer service, I got a tracking number, shipment originaged in China on Nov 26 2025 and still in China as of Dec 10 2025. Now I worry about quality too.
