I was very disappointed in my experience with mms.com. I ordered an advent calendar for my M & M and Skittles loving son on mms.com. The order was confirmed. 12 days later, 2 days before it was scheduled to arrive, I received an email informing me that they did not have the calendar in stock. Since it was an advent calendar, it was a time sensitive purchase and left me without calendar for my son when his siblings received calendars with their favorite treats. The customer service email said “they were very excited to assist your in creating the perfect experience.” Well that didn’t happen. I would be leery about ordering time sensitive gifts/favors/etc from this site.

I received my candy today. I could not see the printing. I called to see if it could be changed to white letters. I was told no. Only the letters M&M come in white. Anything else come in black. The good thing is they are sending me another bag. I pray I can see them. They are for my daughter Baby Shower and Gender Reveal. Colors are green and purple. Can not see on green at all.

Delivery of the product is my issue. The box delivered by fed ex was dumped in the middle of my driveway on top of stones which were rained on all day long. Needless to say the box was soaked and after picking it up making sure it didn’t fall apart I was wet too. Both M&M and Fed Ex should know better than offering sub par service. It was a total negative on both companies. To make matters worse I complained and have heard nothing.

I should have paid attention to the reviews that said never order personalized M&Ms. They were correct in saying the printing does not always print and you miss information. And don't bother contacting customer service to help resolve the issue...they'll make you think it's your fault. You've been warned!!!
