I wanted to buy madden mobile coins and they said “few hours it be done”. So i went with it and after 2 days they never finished my order so i asked for a refund and they still wouldn’t give it to me so i had to do it myself. Not legit at all.

Got the coins 2 days after purchase, got banned after 24 hours.

Never received my gold .. so sad

I Have bought Tera Gold from this Scam Site, than after 24 Hours Gold wasnt delivered yet, so i write with the Live Chat, to know whats going on now, than they Tell me they Havent stock, so i have Write that i would like to have my Money Back, the answer was yes of course in 24 Hours the Money would be Refund to you. Now again after 28 Hours nothing Happen, and now they dont even Respond too me, so DONT BUY HERE FROM THIS SITE.
P.s there musst be something ppl can do against this Sites, it can not be that they Steal money from PPL like this

Wish I would have read all the reviews prior to buying cards for my 8 year old son. I have gone back and forth with there live chat listed and re listed the card and done all they have asked. So today I am emailing back and forth with their CS people on sellhelp4u@gmail and they are even more of a joke.... Again please be WARNED about this company and their bad customer service it is HORRIBLE. Pleas find any other place to do business but here. My son is out money and that is hard to explain to a 8 year old... JUST BAD!

Soo Im not the type of person to write reviews unless there is something seriously wrong here. I wont lie I have bought mesos from here before, and received them. However, they always lie to you!! I purchased 4b and it took them 3 days.. I just purchased 2b and now they say their system down, but they told me the day prior that they would deliver my mesos in 4-6 hrs. Just straight dishonest. Chargeback incoming for fraud

Unbelievable service. Bought product spoke to Live chat. Had to provide every form of ID imaginable and they still weren't satisfied. Opened a case via PayPal, emailed multiply times no response. so I live chatted again to be told They refuse to speak to me till I close the case with PayPal. Absolutely disgusted.

TERRIBLE. SCAM.

They take about hours to reply to simple messages and give simplistic responses with no professionalism at all. I had to wait 1 hour for them to message me back that they will tell their managers and they will send me a email. 24 hours go by nothing. I message their support again and same thing happens. Now im out money so im opening a dispute with my banking. Think twice about sending your money their way.

dodgy guys... tried to buy meso from their site but they lure you buy telling that they have ready stock but in fact they do not have any stock available. Customer service will waste your time telling you they will send you asap. Did not receive my meso in the end

After checking with 2 other companies who were both out of stock for my item, I contacted MmoGo despite the low ratings. Live support was quick to reply and was very helpful. They checked if the item was in stock for me and advised that there would be a slight delay in delivery. They said 5-6 hours but the order was completed within ~18 hours, which was okay with me. Would purchase again!

a little warning: save the world stuff will be mention in the review everyone will not understand.

I have been using this site for over a month nowbuying stw (save the world) items, and every has been going well with the orders, (if you dont count this one time when i got the wrong element, but thats not a bigger deal). Then This one day i bought 3 weapons from then, which includes:

- 106, melee
-2x 105 ranged weapons.

They added me and inv etc. Everything semmed good you know? :), So i joined the game and got into there (storm shield) Then they drop 1 melee weapon (the wrong one) and kicked me out the game. I got sooooo mad, then i heard that they got a live chat. Oh how lucky right? well not really.

So i talk so some lisa in the support, then when i said that the order was wrong they didnt belive me, they said that i only bought 1 gun, and then when i got them proof they did have anything to say xd.

After a while later i got my guns,

I am not sure about the other products but I purchased Maplestory M mesos from them is totally safe. I have bought 5 times from them within few days. Although there might be chances they deliver it after 24 hours, but will not exceed 48 hours.
Meanwhile I purchased the mesos from Seagm on 27th May until now I still didn’t receive my order. Mmogo is better than Seagm in my opinion.

How is this company even in business still, they are 100% scamming people out of their money and refusing to pay even when you meet their requirements. They say they want a government ID with name, DOB, photo and expiry date. You block everything else out on your ID and they demand you unblock it. You have given what they asked and they want more. Not only did they ask for that but they also requested I print out a sheet of paper asking for personal information, my Paypal account# and then sign and date it.
When I refused they gave me some BS email to file a complaint for a refund but I will just go directly to my bank and cancel the charge. F@#k them!
HUGE SCAMMER ALERT!!! AVOID MMOGO AT ALL COST!!!

The first time I bought Fortnite Items here and got it quickly, it made me happy.

They're not honest. They don't have available NBA Live Mobile coins but keep on selling the coins.

After paying with paypal for their Service. They wanted me to send them a copy of my ID which i refused. They said they would offer a refund within 24 hours. Its been 3 week and after speaking to three different representative I still dont have a refund. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
