Took my money first and then asking for ID. I requested a refund and they replied that the money will be back max in 15 working days. Well I don't believe in that since a lot people didn't get their refund at all. I should have read more of the negative reviews here.

My MMOGA shopping experience in steps
1. Bought a game for €4.
2. Used PayPal for a smooth, safe transaction.
3. In spite of this, MMOGA wants photos of my personal ID/passport + one of me holding these documents to complete the purchase.
4. I refuse and ask for a cancellation.
5. They charge me and ship the game anyway.
6. I object to this, MMOGA issues terms & conditions to take the game back, and I agree not to activate it.
7. Three weeks later, I still haven't received my €4 refund because they 'haven't found a new buyer' for my product.
8. Four weeks later, a buyer was apparently found and I received my refund. Somehow it coincided with the publication of this review.
I am amazed that ANY company on the Internet operates like this—especially when the cost of having an employee type up my numerous received e-mails is bound to have long eclipsed the cost of my purchase.
