I recently ordered two sets of Fairtex gloves and a gi from MMA Warehouse, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The gloves are exactly what I expected from Fairtex—high quality, comfortable, and built to last. The gi was a standout as well: absolutely true to size, fit perfectly, and the quality is exceptional. You can feel the durability and craftsmanship the moment you put it on. Shipping was fast, everything was well-packaged, and the service was smooth and professional. MMA Warehouse has definitely earned a repeat customer!

I definitely recommend using MMA warehouse to order your gear from. Cleto Reyes was taking longer than expected on my custom gloves, but the CEO of mma warehouse personally reached out to Cleto for me and had the process sped up. As i inadvertently left out my unit no. as part of my delivery address, #MMAWarehouse had shifted responsibility to shipper. I checked with DHL the shipper and they said they will never destroy items/parcels unless the sender (seller) had given permission. I also made checks with my local delivery agent, SingPost.

In my last email with MMAWarehouse, this is the reply the staff gave and disclaimed all responsibility:

"SingPost may have given the package back to #DHL to return to sender, however, they would have nothing further to do with the package. The DHL tracking for this package indicates that they destroyed the package in lieu of returning it to our facility. Once again, this issue was caused by the incomplete/incorrect address that you provided us. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered to the address we are given, or if the item is refused or unclaimed. It is only as a courtesy that I am offering to split the cost with you. Please remember that we can only ship to the address that we are provided and cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer."

When the MMAWarehouse staff said "split the cost" between seller and buyer, it is not US$10, but US$224!! Shouldn't MMAWarehouse check why was the item, a set of US$224 #Hypnotik Notorious Gi, destroyed?

I am a uk buyer. Purchased 5 t shirts all 5 were top quality and a good fit i have no problems with the goods but was charged $22 for deliver when purchasing then goods went to a royal mail office and i had to pay a further £18 in tax and handling. So i personal won't use them again.

Told me my fight cash expired, not so great customer service when I went to use it to buy something.and basically told me your loss BS.

I have never received my gloves and MMA Warehouse are refusing to fix the problem. No refund nor a replacement. MMA Warehouse have proven it self to be a Horrible company.

Order a gi for my birthday and payment was deducted from my card. Got an email 2 days later, order confirmed and shipped. After few days logged in to check and without any confirmation the order was cancelled and credited..... will buy elsewhere and NOT recommended, lousy customer support if you don't inform customer an order is cancelled without reason.

This company is a scam! I have never received my order # 133982! They talk about contacting customs ... what customs? Then they speak of london, while I am in belgium ?? No phone numbers, nothing! Bands of hustlers
