I like to attend this event once a year, mainly to learn about new developments in the industry—things I might have missed while sitting at my desk focusing on daily tasks.
Some talks don’t always relate to what I do, and a few can feel a bit obvious. However, there are always sessions that spark my interest and leave me with takeaways to apply at work or to explore further.
The follow-up spam comments are true, but it’s a free event after all, I unsubscribe from anything that doesn’t interest me. The location is great, and the people are friendly. I’d definitely recommend it.
One criticism I have, might be subjective, is that it felt a bit crammed this time (19 Nov 2024) and noisy at times, which made it difficult to hear some speakers clearly. Hopefully, this is something that can be improved in the future.

Decent event with a good range of exhibitors and quality seminar sessions. Lovely location with easy parking. Made some good contacts and connected with a key supplier, and got some time to think through future plans, so all in all, a worthwhile day.

Even though presentations took place in the exhibition hall it was easy to hear the speakers as the sound system was good.
There was also a good range of exhibitors.
Refreshments were reasonably priced and the venue which had a view out into the stadium was fantastic.
Came back with a couple of takeaways that we're busy putting into practice.

The talks were great - really useful and interesting content, will definitely attend again. Great nurture campaigns from exhibitors post-event, good information great to have easy access to useful and relevant marketing services - haven't used any yet but bearing them in mind for feature.

I attended this event in order to learn more about marketing and how to improve our business' approach to it. Most of the event was spent walking around with companies trying to sell you their marketing solutions with the only good thing being the 1 or 2 "talks" that you wanted to attend (with the same information being spoken you can find on a 15 minute Youtube video). After the event, myself and my colleagues who attended have had non stop emails trying to sell us marketing solutions. Every time we receive an email and unsubscribe only to be met with another email. It's been a month since attending and I have received 3 emails today alone. The whole event is designed to not teach you about marketing but get you to outsource your marketing to one of the companies that were at the event. If spamming users with emails is considered good marketing, I'm glad our company hasn't spent the £500-£600 per month some of these companies are requesting as a simple bot could do the same job.

Never have I ever received so much spam after giving my email to another organisation. I am certain that the small print of this showcase was that the organisers would give my email address to every third-party marketer who registered. Having the option to opt-in on different levels would be preferable.

Best Exhibitor-Friendly Event I've Done! Seriously, the team were absolutely fantastic and supremely helpful - I never once felt like I was being pushed or sold into a package and when I did take that leap of faith, Ashley called me and gave me such incredibly helpful advice. The event itself went really well and I've got some excellent leads which I'm now in the process of follow up. Well worth it and I'll be doing it again!

From an exhibitors point of view, it is well worth considering as part of your marketing activities. It worked for us!
From a visitor point of view, the seminars seem to be really good informative presentations.

Good location and staff very helpful. We got some quality leads. The presentation area could have been in a better location for the acoustics but otherwise all great.
We do most of these shows. They are really well organised in great locations and the organisers are really helpful! The people who attend are of a really good quality, most are decision makers or direct influencers. We’ve got some great leads from here. Keep up the good work guys!!

I really can't recommend these shows and the organisers highly enough. We exhibit at many of their shows annually, which always bring us great leads and sales. Based on their years of experience running these events, Ashley and the rest of the team always ensure we have a smoothly run day.
Good and relevant delegates attend the event, and the mix of seminars and 'free' time for them works well for exhibitors. The venues for the most part have been good, however travelling through major city's at rush hour has had its drawbacks. Ashley the event organiser is extremely personable and helpful, and he and his team are on hand to help with anything you need.
