5⭐️ Service from start to finish. Ryan came out to quote - clearly he has built a really reputable business with high standards expected from everyone involved. He was  professional, polite, open and thorough, making the whole process feel straightforward from the beginning.

Throughout, Babs kept me fully informed with regular updates at each stage, which was really reassuring.

The fitters, Mark and Warren, were excellent—professional, friendly, efficient, and respectful of my home. They kept disruption to a minimum, got on with the job, and provided progress updates as they worked.

Really pleased with the finished product. A great team effort and Mark and Warren are a real credit to the company. Overall, a very positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Great service and communication from first enquiry to installation

After many years pondering, I finally decided to have my loft boarded and fit a new loft ladder and hatch. There are many companies to choose from and it can be confusing, however in the end I went with MK Loft Boarding, I have to say this company is excellent, from the first enquiry to completion of works, quick, efficient and very tidy, I had no mess to clear up and apart from painting the loft hatch , no decoration needed. If you are thinking of getting your loft boarded, do not hesitate give MK Loft Boarding a call. If I knew it was going to be this easy with no major buildings works and mess, I would of had this done years ago. Thankyou to all the MK Boarding team your are fantastic!

Great service. Had a quote done quickly, it was easy and flexible so I could tailor it to what I needed. They came and fitted on Saturday to reduce the lead time so great flexibility. Steve who came and fitted was very helpful, polite and went above and beyond by fitting additional boarding, cutting my old header tank up to get it out the loft hatch and fitted my loft ladder all at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish the whole process was so so easy. Quoting was clear and transparent, with options provided beyond what we thought we needed and were welcome suggestions - not in any way pushy or salesy. Just genuine people, who got the job done to a high standard.

Brilliant company, this is the second time we’ve used their loft boarding system, and I would recommend them to everyone. The communication from start to finish was personal and prompt, the workmanship was very professional and all the areas were protected before work commenced, and the finished loft was better than we imagined, it’s so easy to get into our loft now, and it’s clean and bright, can’t wait to start sorting our boxes and get some stuff up there.

my loft is an odd shape. But they worked around everything really well. Lads were polite and discreet. Also pretty quick.

MK Loft Boarding recently installed a new hatch, ladder, additional insulation and raised flooring. The whole team was excellent- from the initial visit from Aaron, being able to talk through the quote with Babs and finally the whole installation by Steve and Harry.

They were very professional, arrived on time, took care to protect the carpets and cleaned up afterwards. Great team - very personable, approachable and made sure I was happy with what they were doing and made sure I was able to use the new ladder before leaving. The loft looked fantastic at the end and again no mess left behind.

Very impressed with the whole end to end process and everyone I dealt with in the company. They were all great, great communication throughout and very professional. I would 100% recommend MK loft boarding to anyone looking to board their loft.

Very responsive, helpful. The loft ladder installers were very professional and polite and let me know what was happening every step of the way. I didn’t feel rushed when they showed me how to use it. They also saved me money on the original quote. There wouldn’t be too many other companies who would do that!

From my first enquiry to how they handled my query and provided a quite, I liked their integration with technology which made accessing the relevant information easy.

They were prompt for the booked site visit and clearly understood the brief. They provided a clear written quote and it was easily customisable. It was easy to read and agree the specification of the job.

I like their integration of technology, from texts to email and web based links that allowed for a seamless experience for me as customer.

On the agreed day of install the two man team arrived promptly and got to work. I found the work completed as agreed and to a good quality. The boards cut thoughtfully to ensure maximum strength. Wiring was neat and tidy and the loft was immediately usable. I can allow my kids access to the loft with confidence and the best bit: I don’t have to climb up and down.

I would thoroughly recommend this company. No sales pressure, no add-ons, no superiors insurance cover etc. and the best but I could pay by credit card 👌
