If you’re looking for a masterclass in…

If you’re looking for a masterclass in how to make customers feel awkward, unwelcome, and patronised, the front desk experience here is truly second to none. The beautiful looking lady I dealt with (probably the owners Mrs), had a remarkable ability to turn a simple enquiry into an exercise in patience, delivered with a tone that could only be described as impressively condescending. It’s not every day you feel like you’ve been scolded for daring to ask a question. Perhaps professionalism and basic courtesy are on back order, but I’d suggest they restock soon. Other than that, the Engineers know their shit and will sort your car!

Finally a garage I can trust

Finally a garage I can trust. Matt is very knowledgeable on BMWs . I took my 650i in because steering lock would not unlock. After taking my car to BMW Wolverhampton they advised me that my car was not economically viable to fix. I took my car to Matt on Monday car fixed and very professional service. Would recommend
