Matt was extremely professional with great advice from his initial quote right through to the completion of fitting my new Intergas replacement boiler.
His knowledge and recommendations were excellent and his quality of work was too and he certainly took Pride in the Job, which is much less common these days.
I am very pleased to have found him and most certainly do recommend him to anyone looking for any heating or plumbing works that need doing, and I shall definitely always use him whenever needed in the future.

Have called on MJ burrells services several times, both for routine jobs and as an emergency. Service is always great, and they always do an amazing job at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

We were impressed by Matt and Alfie’s professional and friendly attitude in carrying out the work. At the end of the day everything was left clean and tidy. Matt took time to provide information on the new system and answer any questions.

Matt & his team have come to our rescue on two occasions now.

The latest had been after British Gas who we have a homecare agreement with (we’ll be reviewing that!) had been unable to fix the boiler without an expensive part being ordered.

And to compound it, hadn’t been able to come up with a work around to at least give us hot water in our new home!

We then decided to get a second opinion.

Within a short time of arrival, Matt had diagnosed the problem and fixed it enough to give us hot water whilst waiting for the less expensive spare part to arrive!

M J Burrells are highly knowledgeable, are responsive & offer a great service.

I have no hesitation in recommending them!

Phoned at 7.30am when water was dripping through my ceiling Matt was very helpfull told me what to do. Someone arrived by 11.30am and fixed the problem. One very happy customer will deff be using them again.

Very responsive. Matt attended next day following late night text for support. Very courteous and friendly. Diagnosed the problem through texting and request for a video prior to visit and saved me call out charges. Identified problem and was all up and running in less than half an hour. Will definitely call again and have booked January service already ! Thank you much appreciated.

Matt responded quickly to our request for help whilst others let us down. Although busy on another job he promised to visit us straight after, he texted when on route and then quickly diagnosed the problem. Very knowledgeable, reasonably priced and a really nice guy. Matt is very responsive to calls and fits us in as soon as he can.
He has saved us from getting a new boiler (where others would have ripped the old one out by now) at least 3 times by taking the time to examine the issues, source and replace parts.Saved us loads of money as a result.
