Not happy with this company. Attended in November 2023 to undertake general drainage works and installed new pump to sump chamber. Initial pump failed in May 24 and company charged £910 for 5 call outs to replace pump. Said though pump still under warranty the callouts and labour costs are not covered. Was told in June that would only be charged for the last visit £232. But since reneged on that promise. Also first invoice for works in Nov 23 not received until April 24 and invoice for works done in May not received until October 24. Not impressed by this company.

Unacceptable and misleading.

We were ordering a standard industrial part: a handwheel. Cost £12, weight 700 gms, size 150mm.

Only when we got through Registration and Checkout to Payment did we discover a MINIMUM Delivery Charge of £14. Barely three times what competitors charge, or what postage actually costs. The faster delivery options went up to over £60.

We queried the charge, and were told it WAS the minimum.
