Don’t buy from here. Ordered a top 3 weeks ago and nothing delivered yet. I messaged the team asking about the wait time and also no reply. I tried to track my order but it didn’t give me an option to. Scam

If I could give them 0 stars I would.I placed an order for a collaboration and came across a review where the manager ella had been speaking very rudely to the customer and I no longer wished to be associated with the company. I reached out to them to politely see how I could cancel my order and get a refund the day after the order was placed(it had not shipped yet). Ella blew me off and said wait until it gets there and return it. The thing is it hasn't shipped yet, they charge return shipping, and I ordered it during free shipping week. I'm not paying for return shipping on an order I got free shipping on that hasn't even been sent out yet when the order could have simply been canceled right then and there. I would have cancelled it myself but when I went back to look there was no way to do so. They are now leaving me on read and refusing to answer any questions I have. Don't waste your time. They're unprofessional and the clothing is overpriced anyways. The collaboration isn't worth it and they're claiming to be based in great Britain but the shipping labels say china and that's why it takes weeks if not months to reach you if you recieve them at all.

I have now been blocked for warning other customers and potential collaborators of what they're doing and they have been deleting my comments as well as other people's comments.

It’s a scam they message you on inta to collab then ask you to place an order with a discount, once you do they stop speaking to you, and you never get the goods or get Cheap goods that are work £5 while you pay a minimum or £50, don’t do it!

Complete scam, can never get hold of them. They refuse refunds and block you when you kick off about not receiving a parcel. All of these positive reviews are fake.

No, no, no! I am warning you, do not buy any item from them. You will pay a lot of money for very cheap Chinese, not quality product and if you decide to return it, nobody from the company will talk to you and tell you where you can send it. Also, do not collaborate! It is just waste of time and money. My honest review.

I ordered two items but only ever received one. It was being shipped from the uk to dubai. I tried contacting them via email and sent a pm on Instagram but never got a reply. The item I did receive was poor quality and nothing like the item they were advertising. I would not recommend and if you live overseas i definitely wouldn't try ordering.

Fast and excellent customer service, plus my teenage children love their stuff.

DONT NOT WORK WITH OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a total scam. Going around asking girls to collab on Instagram but to collab you have to place an initial order . I am absolutely disgusted with this company. First of all I messege the company and they have read my messeges but choose not to even reply . Eventually after weeks of waiting for my item ,I open the item and it doesn’t even include any receipt or even a return sticker !! My advice is that no one should buy from this awful company

THIS IS A SCAMMMM. I Tried to cancel my order and they told me to wait until I receive it. I’ve been messaging them and emailing them and they do not answer back. I keep asking them how I’m supposed to return it and get my money back and they keep leaving me on read on Instagram DM.

Haven’t placed an order but the reviews below are exactly what happened to me. An offer of a discount for my first order free clothing in future. I do agree that if people want to collab they should give free clothes. I don’t want to be scammed so won’t order but am grateful for below reviews 💛

I order a dress early July. They said that the shipping would be delayed due to Covid. Okay, that fine but it’s been 2 months. It does not take 2 months to get my items. They don’t answer my messages, won’t give me tracking. This is a scam. Don’t talk to them, don’t follow, don’t buy at all. I talk to my bank to get my money back. This is trash.

It is a scam. A lady called Annette with 0 followers or following texted me telling me they wanted to collab. It is a way for them to make money by you paying first at a discount and not receiving the item.

All the bunch of 5 star reviews in a line after the one star are fake. Horrible customer service. Blocked me after I told them I want a refund for some cheep tat from China then have recently had Ella unblock me asking me to buy something to colab!
If a brand wanted to colab with you they send you FREE items. Scammers! Email is fake as well like the whole page. Avoid at all cost.

I also got a message on Instagram asking for a collab, this was following 2 messages from seperate girls asking me to message the missedesire page. Which I did out of curiosity.
Luckily I checked online at these reviews and found it was a scam. They make it sound so good with the increase in followers, money and free clothes but IT IS NOT
Block and report then straight away

SCAMING
I ordered since Aug 15, I was asked if I wanted to advertise their site, all I had to do is buy at the time so that they can see I was serious about their brand. Never heard back from MISSEEDESIRE_ELLA or MISSEEDESIRE or my order since then. I have kept emailing their site and sending constant DM's but no responses. They scam you for your money
