Called mira for an engineer for our faulty shower who very quickly arranged an appointment. The engineer Tom Ward came out and was incredibly helpful and friendly, he quickly replaced the faulty unit and even gave good advice. Totally recommended.

Sam ( from the South west ) did an excellent job of replacing our shower in spite of receiving the incorrect replacement shower. He immediately checked and was able to come up with a solution and got the job completed. He went over and above and explained clearly the working of the new shower and patiently clarified all our doubts.

Prompt, clean and safe.
Engineer Sam in site within couple of days of my request. He worked cleanly and safely and quickly solved the problem. He left the bathroom clean and tidy. Excellent service.

Top job as always
Very easy to deal with Mira as a company and their customer service is always very good.
Rang up and got a repair the next day and again, got a call from Sam of the morning of the visit giving me a time of arrive.
As with previous visits from Mira staff, Sam was professional, polite and explained what the issues were and the repairs carried out.
I’d thoroughly recommend Mira, and Sam, for a job well done
