Great customer service
Great company. Solid equipment. Delivery messed up by DHL but Mirafit immediately sent a replacement product. Further DHL mess ups which Mirafit handled friendly and professionally. Will use this company again.

Great equipment & website
The website is neatly laid out, easy to use and looks much better than other gym equipment website designs. Great equipment all you could ever need.
Spares and advice blog is a nice extra.
Delivery is quick, and equipment well packaged.
Customer service also deals with problems effectively.

Mirafit's Price/Performance Point is Hard to Beat
I have bought several pieces of equipment from Mirafit over the past couple of years, and I would say that none have disappointed.
My recent purchase of the Mirafit Glute Ham Roller is no exception. It is well made, functions well and is around half the price of many similar products on the market from branded suppliers.

Insanely good quality/customer service for the price
As someone who has bought gym equipment from well over a dozen of the major fitness retailers, Mirafit is one of the only companies that have given me zero headaches and the equipment has all been great.
Just did a quick email search and I've ordered from them 11 times over the last 5 years. I haven't had a single issue with quality control, shipping, anything. In fact when I broke something during assembly (entirely my fault) they replied to my email and shipped out a replacement part on the same day. Considering I've had issues with almost EVERY other equipment supplier I have no idea how Mirafit manages to have the best customer service and quality control despite being one of the cheaper equipment companies.
The only time I buy elsewhere now is if Mirafit don't stock it. So that being said it would be nice to see:
1. Full size 12 inch strongman log (you sponsor a lot of Strongman stuff so this would make sense)
2. Better Leg Press options (the footplate on the leg press/hack squat combo looked tiny so I purchased elsewhere)
3. Quick select adjustable dumbbells (these are getting better and better)
4. Some sort of Smith Machine attachment for the m4 range (bells of steel and REP have crossed the pond with their smith machine attachments)
Great company, would recommend to anybody.
