Best money I ever spent on cell service. Verizon was robbing me blind for years.
Originally had purchased the three month plan as a trial run before purchasing a full year. The first 3 months were fine, just what you would expect from any other cell plan. Immediately after purchasing this service for a year, the data is super slow and doesn’t load anything unless I’m connected to WiFi. My messages are sending as RCS text message and I have an iPhone. I would not recommend anything more than 3 months to anyone. I hope they get this issue resolved quickly.

I love just paying once a year for service that is equal to or better than the competition. Also, their spokesperson hot.
Mint mobile has helped me use my phone less when i’m out in public, knowing i have a limited data has helped me be present in everywhere i go or do outside of my home. I use it to contact people or make phone calls but rarely to just stare at it 10/10 would recommend. Service is the great and for the price i pay for 3 months is a chefs kiss. maybe i’m glazing it but its great thank you ryan boo.
They scam you. I signed up on the 55+ plan that was $15 per month and they said it would be $15 for life. I went to renew and they told me there is no such thing as a 55+ plan even though Ryan Reynolds is all over social media promoting it and they said I had to renew at the regular unlimited rate.

I got completely screwed over by mint. They said I had excellent service. They didn’t know how to set up an eSIM and they will not give me my money back at all. They basically told me to stick it. That’s called bad business because they lied about their service and everything else.

Worst service. We have been trying to switch esim to another phone. Its been going on for a week. Every time we call , call goes to Philippines to people who don’t know proper English, don’t know how to talk to customers. Poor communication. Every time , they just wasted our time . All we get “ back office will call you back” But they never did call us back. Worst fcg service . We never recommend this fg company to anyone . This company should be shut down stealing money from innocent Americans. This should be stopped immediately. No more scam/games/stupidity with these idiots. They cannot reach customers in USA. Why are you running a company where you cannot even able to call your customers?

I'm extremely disappointed in Mint Mobile. After much research I chose to switch to mint mobile because they seemed to be the most straightforward and honest. I chose the unlimited plan because it said it came with a free hotspot. To my disappointment after I purchased the plan it turns out the hotspot was limited to 20gb per month and that is not enough for what I need. I reached out within a week telling them I felt it had been falsely advertised and asking them to downgrade my phone plan to 5gb and adding home internet to it. They continually said they were sorry but were unable to change my phone plan for another 3 months.

I spent 2 hours on hold with 8 calls and 2 customer service reps hanging up on me! None of them knows how to do their job. I kept hearing try this. And each time their AI said the

was never notified of 10 day refund policy, service was horrible, sales rep told me on a recorded line to try it for 30 days, if i didnt like it just call them and they will be happy to refund the difference. I called after 12 days and also i was not notified that the money i paid was a deposit for a full year's service. service was not what they stated, it was horrible, the customer service kept saying it was a problem with my phone and not their service. i did everything i can to make sure ;my phone was in perfect working order, including factory resetting it. the internet was either extremely slow or non existent. bad phone service, sometimes pone would try to dial out and kept getting no service error message, apps more than 90% of the time would not / could not connect. Customer service was lousy, they either did not understand or did not know how to do their job, all they kept saying was im sorry for your trouble but it has to be your phone because our service is working. I called for a refund, spoke to Grace on 03/10 and she told me i will get a refund witlin 10 business days. it has now been 13 business days and including weekends its been about 16 days. they kept telling me they refunded me my money of $207.40 on 03/12 but no such refund was done. they asked me to call my bank after i told them ive called them twice before calling mint mobile to check the status of the refund, in was told by my bank no refund was done. so i called them back and i was told that it was, i asked for information to give to my bank to trace the refund and i was told they dont have that information and that i had to call my bank to check the status, also when i spoke to Grace on 03/10 she said she was going to send me a confirmation email about the refund but no email was received. i notified them that i did not get the refund status email confirmation and the lady told me well, we sent it. asked me if i checked my spam, i told her i did. i got every other email but not that email. They were not accommodating to my problem, passed it on to me and refused to give me any information to assist me in tracing my refund. I also old them they cant keep money for service they are not rendering. ive tried for 18 days to get my money back and all they keep doing is lying to me telling me they sent it 16 days ago.

I would leave one star if I could. Trust me I tried to like this store. I was skeptical. I waited and researched for at least 45 days. I thought I knew what I was getting into. I was sadly mistaken. I purchased a new phone and a 12 month plan for mint mobile three days ago. Phone arrived as planned. I activated the plan as soon as the phone arrived. Only thing is I was unable to send text since I’ve been able to activate the plan. I spent no less than 2 1/2 hours on the phone with tech-support and received no help. Ultimately they told me I should wait because I said a tower was down in my area and they would let the engineers know that they needed to resolve my issue. I flat out told them I was skeptical this was going to resolve the issue, but I had no other choice but to trust them. I waited four hours. Still unable to send any text. I called back into support spent 45 minutes on the phone with them. They were unable to even send emails to any account that I gave them in order to erase my eSIM and try to further troubleshoot still I am eight hours into owning this new service and new phone and I’m so disappointed. It is by far the worst first experience anybody could have with any product. To top it all off they rushed me off the phone as because service was closing at 10 o’clock Eastern time. So here I am at 10:41 riding a negative review because it’s the least I can do to make sure mobile, knows how disappointed I am in the false advertisement in the product in services that they owe offer are below sub standards simply not worth saving any a dollar amount for the frustration that mint mobile put you Through. I’m going to continue to try to troubleshoot with them or try to get a refund, but nothing will get back the time that I have invested wasting resolving what should be a simple issue in 2026

Horrible Company. Terrible Experience. They had me delete the eSIM that came with the phone and then wanted me to provide a credit card number for them to issue me a new one. Hard "NO!" I was new to iPhones and couldn't follow their instructions to delete things on the phone. For the last month, I've been arguing with them over getting a refund. Within 2 days of returning their phone, I bought a TracFone. The cost was lower (for the same phone) and the experience has been much better!
