Dylan was amazing
Dylan was amazing, he took me through everything and made everything seem less and clear as well as the opportunity to ask any questions. Given that the firm closes at 5 and I was out through to him at 4:50 with a 30 min procedure to go through, he was thorough and calm and made me feel at ease.

SHOCKING SERVICE
Not a good company. Communication has been practically zero. In one year I have had 2 emails neither of which were responding to my emails. (Rude and unprofessional)
I have zero confidence in them.
My arm and shoulder are still hurting but they haven’t even checked to see how my recovery is. Instead you get nothing from them.
USE THIS COMPANY BUT DON’T EXPECT EITHER GOOD CUSTOMER CARE OR GOOD SERVICE.

Excellent service
It took 2.5 years to settle my claim and minster law were incredibly helpful throughout. I would never have known what I needed to do to bring forward a claim but my mind was at ease throughout with them there beside me all the way. They ensured I received a fair amount for my injuries and explained everything at all stages. Neal was one of the best professionals I have ever dealt with. Thank you all so much for your help
