Do not use this company

Extremely disappointed with this company , I ordered 12 glasses which when delivered in very inadequate packaging , 7 were broken , I sent pictures detailing the breakages had to chases responses third responses they advised they had sent new glasses which never arrived . I chased again and now they have said they will refund for 3 glasses . Shocking customer service - the 5 glasses that are not broken are beautiful but that does not compensate for the shocking packaging , delivery and not refunding my money . I will be taking this further
