Product completely different from advertisement

I ordered a pair of jeans after seeing a Facebook advertisement. The product I received was completely different from what was shown on the website. The quality was very poor and the item appeared used/defective.

I contacted the seller and requested a refund, but the issue has not been resolved yet. The website should provide accurate product images and descriptions and improve customer support and refund handling.

I would advise buyers to be careful and verify the seller before placing an order.
