Easily the worst custom lego seller out there he is not to be trusted he will take your money and run. I ordered a Clone Trooper Echo from Star Wars The Clone Wars Season 7 and it never came instead a standard lego figure showed up. No response. He is trying to tell paypal he shipped it and it was delivered.
Seller is fraudulent. Has 11.4k followers on Instagram. Ordered a custom Joker Lego Minifigure in October. Paid. USPS tracking provided and says label printed but never received by USPS. Have chased and had contact with an excuse and a promise to send. It is now December 22 and seller has still not sent item despite promising he would. Have opened a PayPal claim and hoping to get my money back.
This seller is fraudulent, from my experience. I bought some custom Lego minifigures and heads from this website but he never sent the order. He ignored multiple emails I sent asking where my order was. Finally, I opened a paypal dispute after 3 months of not receiving the order or any updates from him, and immediately within a few hours he apologized and uploaded tracking information.... except he never actually mailed the package through USPS. For two weeks the tracking information just said "waiting for receipt of package". I think he was expecting me to not notice until the paypal dispute window closed. This scam with fake or unused tracking numbers is something he apparently has done to other people, based on his ebay seller feedback (he goes by the ebay name gofigyourself-customlego and currently has 9 negatives and 3 neutrals in the past year alone) and his Minifig Madness seller feedback on Bricklink.com (note he was already permanently banned in 2018 from Bricklink for not sending people the orders they paid for).
Anyway, I decided to escalate the claim to paypal for formal review, and of course he responded by finally sending the package out the next day... except when I received it, it was missing half the figures I had ordered! Paypal closed the dispute because the tracking information had been uploaded and the package confirmed delivered (finally after 3 months), but I am left ripped off $30 worth of figures I never received. Don't assume Paypal will protect you - he'll likely pull the same scam again. The only safe thing to do is not to order from his website at all! I just hope I can save some other people the grief I went through.
