MindValley shared a system that doesn't only change I now approach but my every day, but also how I think, navigate uncertainty and how one can focus on work he/she/they actually want to do and eliminate repetitive exhausting work. I encourage people to have patience around this.

It was a fantastic summit! Amazing speakers and trainers. The most important takeaway or shift I had is overcoming the fear of AI and seeing how it could help multiply my business and run my life more efficiently to a 4 day work week. Love the AI tools, interested in AI Mastery in April! Abby McDonald, Founder, Dynamic Synergy Group - Toronto, ON

The link you sent in the email, didn't work properly. We all got to the event but we couldn't hear you. We could only hear a guy in the background, a crew person. We could hear him eat, talk, have a phone conversation but not once did he check the chat, where we were all screaming at him. That we could hear him and not the speakers. 20 minutes of wasted time. Finally someone said go yo YouTube, where we could hear you. However the email specifically says this is your link, we're not sharing this with others but then I find you're live on YouTube for anyone to join, which is a lie to what you said in the email. We've had an account with mind valley for a long time but it ended a few years ago. I liked it then but this brings mistrust. Once we finally got on YouTube the speaker still hadn't introduced anyone and it was still wasted time. I left 30 minutes in and he was talking about nothing of importance.

Mindvalley offers excellent courses and truly valuable content. The quality of many of the lecturers and topics is impressive and engaging.
However, what I find extremely frustrating is how the founder frequently inserts himself into nearly every course. Just when you’re fully immersed in a lecture or conversation, he interrupts the flow with comments that often add little value. It breaks the rhythm and takes away from the depth of the learning experience.
At times, it feels unnecessary and even distracting—almost as if he enjoys hearing himself speak more than allowing the experts to fully deliver their content.
If the platform allowed its lecturers to lead without these interruptions, it would be a much stronger and more enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, this issue became so aggravating for me that I decided to cancel my membership.

I started being lost not knowing where to go with me and what I had become. I started with MVs 3 MIQs 2,5 years ago and I am a new human. I am me. Now. Finally.

To cash in, they are very good, including in intentionally not being clear on the upselling offers. To get a refund within the 14-day retraction time, unless you've paid through PayPal, it's a real battle to get your money back, even when filing through your bank. Definitely untrustworthy, and I would recommend Gaia instead. Do not be fooled. There aren't only ethical people in the spirituality world.

When I joined Mindvalley, I made a quiet decision.
I wasn’t going to chase another strategy.
I was going to build my character.
At the time, I had just come through what I can only describe as a leveling experience—a moment in life where the identity I had built collapsed. My ego had been shattered. The roles I once held no longer defined me. Everything I thought I was… dissolved.
But in hindsight, that moment was not the end of my story.
It was the doorway.
Mindvalley became part of the environment that helped me walk through it.
Inside this community of educators, authors, and seekers, I began rebuilding myself differently—not around status or achievement, but around alignment with what truly matters.
Over the years that followed, my life expanded in ways I never could have predicted.
I traveled the world.
I became an author.
I started the Masterpiece Café podcast.
I built a body of work helping creators and leaders align their lives with purpose, energy, and environment.
And somewhere along the way, I met the love of my life.
But the truth—the honest truth—is that transformation isn’t always neat.
Even now, as I step into this next chapter of my life and work, I’m still navigating uncertainty. Financial success hasn’t arrived in the way many people might expect after years of building and teaching.
And yet, something deeper has taken root.
I have learned how to live with courage at the edge of the unknown.
Mindvalley helped give me language, tools, and a global community that reinforced a belief I now hold deeply:
Growth is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about stripping away everything that isn’t truly you.
Today I’m stepping forward boldly into the next chapter—continuing to build my work around Masterpiece, a philosophy of transforming uncertainty into a life of meaning and impact.
And if there’s one thing my journey has taught me, it’s this:
Sometimes the most powerful transformations don’t look like success from the outside.
But they are the very experiences that shape the person capable of creating it.

Intentionally confusing payments. I thought I was paying a subscription of a few hundred and ended up paying a monthly membership that overall reached almost 1k. I would give 0 stars if I could, but they refunded the most recent payment, so that merits one star. The Jim Kwik program was not as good as what was promised. This brand is giving: Scam.

I love all courses and programs from Mindvalley and Unfortunately I need to miss all your good live sessions because in my time zone (Thailand) all live sessions are at night and I have to prioritise my sleep. Please make the live sessions accessible in daytime by allow replays for people in my time zone.

Mindvalley is a scam. They double and triple charged my credit card for purchases back in March of 2025 and a year later, I am still fighting to get a refund back. I have 26 emails back and forth with their support team saying they will refund it but not doing it. As well, for any refunds, they are trying to require use of a third-party vendor, airbase, which requires you to provide additional financial and personal information. They refuse to issue a refund check or refund it back to the credit card. I can't believe that a company who focuses on mental health and guidance can feel ok with treating customers like this. I would never recommend anyone using them.
Update 2/19/26- to address the response from Mindvalley, you cannot legally require a person to use a separate vendor portal. Why would I give you more personal or financial information?? As well, they know of these issues as I have at least 26 emails with the company over the last 6 months alone and am no closer to seeing my money. Their response is just lip service.

I enrolled in Mindvalley's AI Mastery out of curiosity, and because the timing was right. The AI Accelerator came as a bonus program for participants, and honestly it turned out to be one of the most valuable parts of the whole experience. The "clone" framework (communication, meeting intelligence, video, learning, automation) gives you a structured way to actually build AI systems you can use, not just talk about them. Vishen's live demos made it all feel tangible, and Vykintas's Q&A workshops made sure nobody got left behind. The shift from "prompt engineering" to "context engineering" alone changed how I work with AI. I'm still too busy to fully implement everything, but I walked away knowing exactly what to build when the time is right. That's rare for an online program.

Personally:
• It helps regulate communication in high conflict environments.
• It structures legal preparation.
• It gives me psychological distance from emotional triggers.
• Through meditation - I'm calmer.
Professionally:
• I'm building AI driven outreach systems for my business.

• I create custom GPTs for business architecture.
• I design frameworks that help organizations align leadership, culture, and technology.
• I'm using AI to help me with building social media
I've been on a journey and I'm glad to have found Mindvalley in providing thinking and practical ways to help me through building a stronger me.

Mindvalley deceptive practices and customer service is abysmal. I went to cancel my subscription and it said it was canceled. Next thing I know I am charged for another subscription. I contacted customer service for a refund stating what happened and they said since I was already past my cancelation period (3 days past their erroneous charge). I showed proof that their site showed canceled and still did, even though they claimed it was active even though it showed canceled. I let them know (which they concured) that when it showed acti e I had no further recourse and could also not remove my credit card because of the canceled status prior to the new billing. We went back and forth and they would not admit fault even though I could not access further cancelation or credit card removal access in the canceled status. It was only when I threatened (on about the 5th correspondence that I would seek relief through Visa and my bank, that they reactivated the status and basically said go ahead, we have proof to provide on our end. They are (as stated by many previous customers) very deceptive and difficult to cancel memberships. I would never trust this company again, nor should you, with your payment access.

The MV team did a great job with all class logistics and bringing great speakers and trainers to teach. With the challenge of a diverse audience and skill levels, it did not get 5 stars because the class warrants being restructured based on the entry skills of people to make the class taught to the right level for each group. Keep iterating and optimize Vishen! You have a great team, and it will get better each time

I started the AI Mastery program apprehensive because I am not a techie, and AI tools were very intimidating to me. I was blown away by what I learned and how easy Mindvalley's instructors made it. This has transformed my business and opened up opportunities that I did not think were possible. I highly recommend this course!
